Continue ReadingHas any player’s stock risen more this season than Nicholas’? She’s played like she’s one of the best PG’s in the state regardless of class or level. She’s just awesome! Highlights
Emmy Lowe Emmy Lowe 5’9″ | SG Pickett Co. | 2025 State TN doesn’t get enough pub. She’s another Pickett player that’s supreme skill seems to lie in her consistency. Lowe’s stat lines and effort are always predictably high: 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists in limited minutes. Lowed is a great “connector” that does a multitude of jobs for Pickett.
As Boyd-Buchanan beat Whitwell on Tuesday night, they secured their 3rd straight 20 win season. Freshman Brooke Kesey Brooke Kesey 5’11” | PF F.C. Boyd Christian School | 2027 TN continued to build upon a strong season, as she scored a game high 23 on the night. She’s been one of the best Chattanooga area freshman, and a kid we should be talking more about.

Bella Blackmon
Bella Blackmon
As Maryville’s season winds down, they do feel like a program with some forward momentum. Sophomore Bella Blackmon scored 15 points. Blackmon and fellow sophomore Zoee Harrison Zoee Harrison 5’6″ | PG Maryville | 2026 State TN looked like a young backcourt that will cause big problems over the next two years.
Addie Blackburn
Addie Blackburn
Another nice guard for Maryville that will be returning next season. She’s beginning to turn into a high-level 3 pt shooter, and finished with 9 points on 3 made threes on Tuesday.
Lane Smith
Lane Smith
Lane Smith is an 8th grader that just got pulled up to varsity…and I expect for to come in and make an immediate difference. Smith is a PF that has a really high skill set. She can stretch the floor out to three, she can attack the rim off the bounce, and has the size and strength to be an efficient inside scorer. Kid
The Lady Waves locked up a regular season district championship with Tuesday nights win. The sophomore sensation added 26 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Kali Kyle had 9/3/3. Abbi Parks had 7/6/4. And Addison Armes Addison Armes 6’0″ | SF Midway | 2025 State TN had 3/3/3 in another well rounded team win.
Highlights
Neubert look terrific in Tuesday nights win over rival Hardin Valley. In a tightly contested affair, Neubert showed off her unique scoring abilities as she paced Farragut (15-11, 8-1) with 16. Big win on a night that only Mya Johnston (13) hit double figures. Annie Priest Annie Priest 5’7″ | SG Farragut | 2025 State TN had 9 on the night, and KJ McNealy KJ McNealy 6’0″ | SG Farragut | 2026 State TN had 8.
Curry has really come on of late for Farragut, and the skilled freshman has begun to really make an impact. She finished Tuesday’s win vs Hardin Valley with 7 points, and since Christmas, has really been an important part of their success. Lookout for Farragut coming down the stretch….they are better than the 14-11 looks on paper.
Bearden’s Amanda Parker Amanda Parker 6’1″ | SF Bearden | 2024 State TN signed with John Hopkins on Wednesday….and the kid deserves a shoutout! She’s proof that you can be a college level player by simply starring in your role. She’s an 8 point, 7 rebound kid that plays high level D, and has a skill set that’s college ready. Well done kiddo!
Highlights
