There, however, are players that either move in the area, transfer or just improve to turn heads. For whatever the reason these five players have not only found their way in the rankings, but have shook up the top 50.
Adia is a late entry to the rankings but showed she was deserving coming in at #18. She’s a 5’11 forward that rebounds well and stretches the floor out to the three. She has a good frame for the next level.
Lenora will be heading to Mount St. Mary’s after graduation and they will be getting an excellent player. Her 14 points on 7 for 10 shooting was almost the difference maker in their final game against Bullis. She finished in the top 50 at #30 in the rankings.
Danielle is a two sport athlete and may have a future in track and field with the shot put. When on the court you have to admire how hard she works and her ability to anticipate on rebound position. She is strong and physical inside and can finish well in the paint. She worked in the rankings at #54.
Kristen is an athletic wing with three point range and the #41 player in the class. She is long and has range out to the three.
Kendra is a 5’8″ shooting guard with good vision on the court. She can knock down shots from beyond the arc as she shot 66% from that range in the MDSPSBT. She enters the final rankings with the #48 spot.
