While this was happening, I was taking some quick notes about what I was seeing, live-in-action. Below I highlight seven individuals and briefly describe what I saw out on the floor in their specific contests.
Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!
Aubrey Galvan – 2025 – PG – Full Package 17U 3SSB (IL)
“A special talent in more ways than one. A crafty PG that seems to always make the correct plays on the floor. One of the smartest recruits that I’ve seen on the road the past two seasons. She understands how to create space for herself or how to open up things for the teammates around her. Would be considered as another coach the floor, while having impressive skill with the ball in her hands.”
Emerson Johnson Emerson Johnson 5'8" | CG Undecided | 2029 NE – 2029 – SG – Nebraska Attack (NE)
“Was a knockdown shooter all weekend long. Someone that has shown promise and determination from a young age. A lot of her team’s action for jump-shots is ran for her, demonstrating that everyone knows what she can do on the offensive end. Has clamps defensive. Jumps to the ball well and can anticipate passes at a high rate.”
Lauren Miller – 2025 – CG – 25/8 Mentality AAU (IL)
“Miller’s mixture of length and athletic ability is what sets her apart from others on the floor. She moves well from side-to-side, while being a steady contributor for her team. Gets her hands on a lot of tips/deflections because of her sneaky athleticism, mixed with her reach. Someone that has a high motor, always trying to make the hustle play for her team.“
De’Andra Minor – 2027 – CG – ProSkills Texas 16U EYBL (TX)
“The best overall prospect that I have seen throughout the weekend. Someone that demonstrates length, skill, and knowledge of the game at a high rate. Can dominate from the Guard position at the top of the key or she can move down low and score from the post. A willing and able passer, all while standing at 6’0 as a Freshman in High School. If this isn’t a future high-end Power-5 prospect, I’m not sure what is.”
Kinslee Kern Kinslee Kern 5'7" | PG York | 2027 NE – 2027 – G – Nebraska Supreme National 15U (NE)
“Kern is another prospect that may be younger but her skill level for her age is impressive. She demonstrated that she can score from all three levels on the offensive side of the ball or she can find an open teammate for an easy assist, always producing in one way or another. She has several counter moves in her bag that she can pull out in the blink of an eye if necessary, on the perimeter or in the middle of the lane. Progression will be key here in the next few years but from what I’ve seen so far, she is on the right path”
Stella Burgher Stella Burgher 5'8" | CG Lincoln Christian | 2029 NE – 2029 – SG – Nebraska Attack (NE)
“This one is going to be a really impressive player once she gets to the high school levels in a few years. She demonstrated several times this weekend that she can score from all three levels at a high and consistent rate, both off the dribble or on the catch. She has a deceivingly quick handle with the ball on a string, giving her the ability to get to any spot on the offensive end that she wants. Defensively, she is a dawg. Works hard and has a high motor, never seeming to give up on a play.”
Jaliya Davis – 2025 – CG – Missouri Phenom 17U EYBL (MO)
“As good as advertised. Davis is a prospect playing up an age level and she is KILLING it. She competed this past few days with the 17U EYBL team and she was their shinning star in many of their contests. She basically averaged a double-double in Points & Rebounds in each contest, helping her team to a successful weekend as a whole to kick off their first live period.”
