As I wrap up my coverage from the Crossroads Clash last weekend in Indy, I take a look at my 17U all-tournament team. Reminder, my next PGH event will be the Buckeye Breakdown in Columbus, Ohio May 4-5, so I hope to see some of you there!

[player_tooltip player_id='486525' first='Elle' last='Jo Johnson'] - [program_tooltip program_id='715818' first='DistinXion' last=''] 25 Red

Elle can push the pace north-south, this player has good court vision and a solid lead pass. Gets downhill quickly and I really like her overall floor game. Good handles and she can take command of the game. Good finisher at the rim. Drives and dishes effectively. Definitely made a name for herself as both Angie and I got to see her play.

[player_tooltip player_id='492321' first='Lola' last='Lampley'] - Indy Lady Gym Rats EYBL

I have seen her many times in the past couple of years, and she is at a different level. She can play the game with an incredible pace. Defensively has quick hands with a long wingspan, comes up with a lot of deflections. She can score in all three phases of the game, and is just getting better. Power 5 kid!

[player_tooltip player_id='295763' first='Jaylah' last='Lampley'] - Indy Lady Gym Rats EYBL

This team was unstoppable this weekend, and their two big standouts both make the all-tournament team. Opponents can forget about scoring on her around the rim. Aggressive and lengthy player, she protects the rim and her athleticism is at a different level. She has a complete game with a big upside. Super athletic and like her sister, a Power 5 kid.

Destiny McAllister - KYP Firstep 2025

Love her length and ability to run the floor, leading in transition. Excellent handles and good court sense with the ability to kick it out in trouble. Solid athletic frame which allows her to anticipate the game well. She has good moves in the paint and her game should continue to blossom with hard work in the off-season!

[player_tooltip player_id='665452' first='Grace' last='Goldman'] - Lady Dynamite IN

She drew the attention of not only me but the college coach I was sitting with. Grace is a good aggressive player who does a good job finishing at the rim. Also has a smooth perimeter shot, can shoot well off the pass. She seemed to get better as the game progressed. Great work ethic and plays with a motor.
