Noticeably absent was 6’3 Maria Serrano (Iss Jus Uss 17U) 2025, who is in Columbia with the national team yet she’ll be back for the next viewing period but here ya go
Wilson has gradually shown progression each season since I began watching her but let me open up with she’s “long and athletic” which will always be the base. Her timing to block shots along with playing the passing lane has always been there and that, along with rebounding, she has shown she can handle the ball afterward to score. Her defense both in and outside the paint looked good, so did her attacking the basket yet her “turnaround jumper” inside the paint had me smiling
Okeke makes her presence felt immediately as she is learning how to take over games on both ends of the court. She’s “strong, long and athletic” and she gave me the “hands and footwork” numerous times to score around the basket, with either hand. She also score on putbacks, yes, she rebounds on both ends of the court but what impressed be even more was her court vision from both the high and low post. She also is dropping the 10 footer better yet her interior defense is more than solid

Legate caught my eye at the PGH Dynasty Region Kick Off yet had both eyes wide opened as I saw a vast amount of improvement from not only her, but her teammates as well. She uses her frame well on both ends, she understands how to pick and roll, she finishes around the basket after contact and her defense inside the paint was also a plus
Kilburn showed her versatility playing under the basket, yeah I know she’s a shooting guard that can score in droves from to long-range yet she stands around “that magic number” which is 6’0, college coaches love big guards that can shoot yet they also love those who can play multiple positions, which is a great word because she understands “positioning” and outrebounded taller player, and scored over them inside the paint. Yes, she still drained from outside, stop and pop was especially nice
Jones falls into that “long and athletic” category and although I hadn’t seen her since she was a pre-teen, I knew the potential was there. She gets the cover photo because she was hard to cover throughout the event and watching her elevate over defenders to score had me smiling. She showed good timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots, she played the passing lane, she scored off the dribble and she hit the boards, on both ends. Guess what else, she makes her Top 100 debut in July
Yates is a monster inside the paint yet she’s about to become even scarier as she’s been reclassified to the 2026 class. To give you an idea of how strong and powerful she is, I have watched her score with players literally hanging on her back. She falls into that double-double waiting to happen group, her court vision and attacking off the dribble has improved yet even more importantly, I truly enjoyed how she kept pumping her teammates up and THAT is something you can’t teach
Hampton continues her club season tear impressing others. By that, I already knew what was coming and with her being ahead of schedule, that’s even better as her stock will continue to rise. How good is she? Well I had shoe team parents hitting me up telling me “you need to see this kid” and that is how it used to be but she’s showing how the game “used to be played” and with the “hands and footwork” “scoring with either hand in the paint” and hitting the boards as well as running the floor on both ends, all of that along with her size will raise several D1 coaches eyebrows
