Groen is a talented player that carries a solid skill set. She can handle with both hands, most comfortably working from right to left. Groen can fake right with a crossover or behind her back to get her defender leaning. She does a really nice job both finding and creating lanes to the bucket and protects the ball on the finish.
Highlights
McLaughlin is a player that college coaches will want to see this summer. She’ll be playing with the Michigan Mystics 17u S40 team this grassroots season. McLaughlin is already seeing interest and offers, including a recent offer from Alma College. She’s a consistent shooter and scorer that passed the 1000 point mark early in her junior season.

Pierson has had a really good last 12 months in the prep basketball world. She improved her game and gained exposure. Pierson even earned an offer from Madonna University this high school season. She has a tremendous mid range game and can play though contact on her way to the rim. Pierson is an influence on both ends of the floor as well.

Hensel is a player from the class of 2025 that college coaches will want to check out. She rebounds with strength and relentlessness and is always a factor on the glass. Hensel is terrific defensively, playing disciplined defense and sliding to help in the paint at opportune times. She has a nose for the ball and is always a threat to send a shot back.
Highlights
Day was an All-State Honorable Mention and I think she’s just getting started. She works so hard to find open space and to make herself available for a pass. Day has always been fast to the bucket with the ball, but she has been working that jumper and it definitely shows. Her combination of off the ball work and multiple ways to score could mean big problems for her opponents.
