In this piece, we highlight five players that have shown out the past few weeks and overall this AAU Season as a whole on the road Each individual has been someone that has been noteworthy in their performances this season and they are looking to carry that momentum into the future.
Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!
The All Iowa Attack program is known for having solid prospects at every level and on every team. One of those prospects who has put together a nice AAU season with her squad so far this AAU season is Avery Moon Avery Moon 5’9″ | SF DSM Valley | 2026 IA from Valley High school. Moon is a high energy, leave it all on the floor type of player. She has been a great cutter in her teams offense, a selfless prospect in general, and a tenacious defender these past could have weeks. If she is put in optimal situations the rest of this AAU season, she could carry this momentum into the Winter with her Valley team moving forward.

Paige Andernacht is a top prospect out of the 2028 Class in Iowa and she has been playing like it as of late. Andernacht has the size and skill mixture that coaches love to see at a young age. This past weekend she handled her personal matchups with ease, while being someone that could be counted on, on both sides of the floor throughout every game. If she continues on this pace, she is going to be someone who see’s a lot of love from collegiate programs early on in her high school career.

This past weekend and frankly all AAU season, Rebecca Aagard Rebecca Aagard 6’2″ | PF North Polk | 2025 State IA has been playing the best basketball of her high school career. Aagard is a 6’3 Post, who has demonstrated that she can be lethal on either side of the basket with either hand at any moment. She has been someone that has been putting up big numbers in the scoring, rebounding, and blocking departments on the game this past six months. All of this success has generated a lot of interest in her play-style and her future on the court. If she continues on this level pace, the offers will continue to flow in moving forward.
Trinity Whitefeather has been on a tear these last few weeks of the Spring AAU season. She has been a competitor in every term of the word, she has been scoring from all three levels offensively at a steady rate, she has been producing without the ball in her hands, and she has been a great teammate through and through. At this pace, I would assume there is a collegiate program or two that will offer her before her high school career comes to an end, even though we are a long ways away from that. She is playing great ball right now and that’s awesome to see from an outside point of view.

Jayla Williams is coming off star studded Track season with her Ankeny Hawks and she seems to have not missed a beat on the basketball court in the meantime. Williams is someone we will hear more about coming up in June with our 2026 Player Rankings Update but she has the ceiling to be the best player out of her Class at the end of the day. Her pure athletic ability, mixed with her determination on the court is tough to match. She has had a great Spring season up to this date but I’m sure the best is still yet to come.
