Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!
Taryn Petersen Taryn Petersen 5'6" | SG Exira-EHK | 2027 IA was a constant last season when she took the floor for Exira-EHK High School. Petersen was a leader in the state for her Class in a few different statistical categories and I’m expecting her to come back stronger than ever this upcoming Winter. This is a guard that has some solid size at 5’6, she knows when and where she should attack her defender, and she can get a stop or two on defense when her team needs it the most. I haven’t had a chance to see too much of Petersen but if she replicates what she did a year ago, we are in for a treat in the near future while she competes with her Exira team this upcoming season.

Sioux City West | 2027
IA
is a prospect to know out of Iowa if you don’t already. Last season with her Sioux City West team, she made her mark as a top play maker with her team as a Freshman and this AAU season has been much of the same. She is competing out of Nebraska with the Nebraska Attack and she is holding her own at an effective rate. She is scoring the ball with ease, getting steals in the handful because of her natural instincts, and she has been a solid teammate to those around her. If there is any collegiate recruiters interested in someone out of the 2027 Class that works hard every time she takes the floor and produces because of it, you might what to check out Whitefeather. She has demonstrated a ton of promise and she is only going to get better with experience.

Samantha Reis Samantha Reis SG Dallas Center Grimes | 2027 IA has a long way to go before she is going to reach her full potential but she has demonstrated the ability to shoot the leather off of the basketball at this point, just like her older sister use to for the Mustangs. As long as Reis continues to work hard into her future and she expands her game to a few other levels, she could be a big piece for the Mustangs future at the end of the day. Like I said, she comes from a family that stays dedicated and understands how to play the game the right way so over time, I expect her to step up in a big way for her program before everything is said and done with her high school career.

is a prospect that makes it happen. No matter what “it” is, she tends to always be in the right place at the right time because of her natural ability to stick on the ball but don’t get it twisted, she doesn’t need to have the ball in her possession to make an impact. She can play off of it and can still impact a game at a high rate, whether that’s on the high school floor or the AAU floor. I’ve seen Vetter compete twice this AAU season and both times she led her
Western Iowa Express
team in a few different ways. She made plays down the stretch and she showed promise every time she took the floor. At Lewis Central this Winter it’s going to be fun to see what she can do for her Sophomore season with that group, who are all pretty well-rounded as a whole.

Independence | 2027
IA
is someone that started a year ago for her Independence High School team and she is primed to be a main producer in their rotation once again this Winter. Farley stands at 5’10 and competes at the Small Forward position, while also being able to step out and spread the floor depending on her matchups. Farley has competed with
Iowa Prep
this AAU season and she has seemingly gotten better with her experience. This is a Prep program that does a great job of bringing positive energy and helping their players grow not only as basketball prospects but as people in general. If Farley can continue to hold her own this Summer, she is going to be able to ride that momentum into the Winter with Independence and I can’t wait to see how that plays out for her Sophomore season on the court.
