The 2nd annual CBBA kicks off this weekend down in Rock Hill, South Carolina and will serve as one final evaluation (live) period for college exposure. This NCAA sponsored event will take place from July 27-29 with a team pathway (USA Basketball Club Championship) and individual pathway where invite-only hoopers will compete in. New Jersey will be one of the most well represented states with sixteen recruits having been selected. I'll be getting eyes on the following players:

TEAM PATHWAY

[player_tooltip player_id='959847' first='Nassiah' last='Cole-Haricha'] | Exodus NYC

Immaculate Heart | Class of 2027

The lone Jersey girl on her Exodus 15U squad, Nassiah brings size and the ability to play inside and out. Knockdown 3-point shooting and tough play around the rim poses matchup problems. Her mid-range game is emerging nicely and is sure to pose a threat as she continues refining her skillset. When she's not traveling the country competing on the EYBL circuit, you can catch her in the lab working on her ball-handling and conditioning.

[player_tooltip player_id='835898' first='Kirsten' last='Gibson'] | Comets

Cherry Hill West | Class of 2027

When Kirsten is on the floor, it's an instant spark of offense. She is impressive creating her own shot from the mid-range and is dangerous spotting up from 3. Her ultra quick release makes it that much harder for defenders to successfully close out before the ball leaves her fingertips! Very strong transition game; speedy getting to the basket. She does a great job orchestrating the offense and tallying points for her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='677601' first='Lola' last='McGonigle'] | Comets

Wildwood Catholic | Class of 2027

Put her in a 3-point contest against anybody and she will surely come out on top! With strong shooting mechanics and impressive efficiency, Lola gets it done from outside... and sometimes wayyyy outside. I'm talking Caitlin Clark range! As impressive as she is on offense, it's her vision that truly makes her a standout. She is a true point guard who finds gaps to facilitate and dishes out some seriously impressive dimes. Very selfless, pass-first mentality.

[player_tooltip player_id='789189' first='Brooke' last='Stagliano'] | Comets

Paul VI | Class of 2027

Brooke and Lola are the Splash Sisters of this Comets team because of their ability to light it up from deep. Brooke's form is one of the best I've seen; picture perfect with a Curry-like release. That same form proves devastating from the mid-range where she pulls-up with ease and drains 15-footers. While she pushes the pace and amps up the tempo of the game, she doesn't get overly sped-up by the defense or pushed out of her comfort zone.

[player_tooltip player_id='559028' first='GiGi' last='Battle'] | Exodus NYC

Rutgers Prep | Class of 2026

Already with a few P5 offers in her pocket, GiGi is looking to build on that success and continue her hot summer streak. She will put her tenacious two-way game on full display and play with the fire and intensity that has made her a total juggernaut of a player. She is fearless, scrappy and reliable. Her efficiency is impressive, whether she's delivering off the catch or putting the ball on the deck and slashing inside.

[player_tooltip player_id='559070' first='Jada' last='Lynch'] | Exodus NYC

St. Rose | Class of 2026

Just like her Exodus teammate and good friend GiGi, Jada has also accumulated more than a few P5 offers over the years. Playing a style of big guard basketball that proves menacing, she brings the physicality and some impressively shifty moves that draw audible gasps from the crowd, but not overly showy or flashy. She makes her presence felt at all three levels on offense and locks down the perimeter on defense. An excellent rebounder from the guard spot!

[player_tooltip player_id='601413' first='Jahzara' last='Green'] | Philly Rise

Gloucester Catholic | Class of 2026

A 6'1" Wing with supreme athleticism, Z poses a big matchup nightmare for opponents. She can take you off the bounce, pull up from the mid-rage, spot up from 3 and post up down low. Her versatility playing and defending multiple positions tends to frustrate those trying to keep up with her. Great instincts rebounding and knowing where the ball is going to come off the rim and strong put-backs; high efficiency around the rim. She currently holds offers from Delaware, Pitt, St. Joseph's, Penn and Harvard, to name a few.

[player_tooltip player_id='559039' first='Madison' last='Kocis'] | Philly Rise

St. John Vianney | Class of 2026

A long guard at 6'0", Madison has an impressive all-court game and the ability to do a little bit of everything. She is a knockdown shooter with DEEP range and loves to push the pace and get the ball up ahead on the fast break. Feeds the big down low and distributes the ball around the perimeter. Long, lanky arms disrupt the lanes and pick off steals. She's a quiet scorer; a silent assassin, if you will. Before you know it, she has a 30-piece.

[player_tooltip player_id='559085' first='Addison' last='Nyemchek'] | Philly Rise

Red Bank Catholic | Class of 2026

Addy has emerged as one of the best '26 prospects anywhere on the East Coast, if not, in the nation. She holds offers from big-time schools in the Big Ten, Big 12, Big East, ACC and SEC. 6'1" with smooth handles, high percentage shooting, sharp vision and strong defense, she is the total package. Crafty moves getting to the hoop and an impressive turnaround jumper, fading away off one leg. This girl's arsenal is fully loaded!

[player_tooltip player_id='559084' first='Sophie' last='Smith'] | Philly Rise

Red Bank Catholic | Class of 2026

When her inside-out game is clicking, it can be a long night for opponents. At 6'2", her size doesn't make it any easier on them either! A stretch 4, she can knock down big shots behind the arc and force defenders away from the paint area to try and contain her. When she establishes position down low, she is tough with her back to the basket. Greta elevation for rebounds; long, lean and very mobile.

INDIVIDUAL PATHWAY

[player_tooltip player_id='414293' first='Jaida' last='Guerra'] | Union City | Class of 2025

The Bryant commit will use this opportunity to showcase her D1 skillset for all to see, including her future college coaches who will be in attendance. The shifty rising senior has all the tools at the guard spot to be dynamic at the next level. She's blazed a trail this summer with New Heights NYC on the EYBL circuit and another go-around with the U17 Puerto Rican National Team, with whom she averaged 10.4 ppg over the stretch of six games this July in Mexico.

[player_tooltip player_id='333319' first='Tessa' last='Carman'] | Red Bank Catholic | Class of 2025

She brings a ton of strength and a wickedly versatile skillset to the table. And that table has D1/P5 offers scattered all across it! Though she keeps her recruitment private, Tessa's game is one that will translate well to just about any conference in America. She is ultra physical around the rim, be it posting up or crashing the glass, handles the ball well and is confident taking it the length of the floor, and can stretch to knock down shots from the perimeter. She can hold her own against the biggest and baddest!

[player_tooltip player_id='559043' first='Katie' last='Liggio'] | Red Bank Catholic | Class of 2026

The pull-up sniper! Katie can dribble her way out of trouble and speed downhill, stopping at the drop of a dime to drain the bucket. She is a mid-range master with a silky smooth jumper. As good as she is on offense, she really prides herself on the defensive end and keeps active, scrappy hands all over the ball to force the turnover. She is a spark of energy on any team she's competing with.

[player_tooltip player_id='559041' first='Tessa' last='Liggio'] | Red Bank Catholic | Class of 2026

Tessa, like twin sister Kaite, is downright electric on the court! You won't find a more confident player on either side of the ball. She manipulates the defense with her dribble and carves sharp paths to the rim, absorbing a ton of contact on the finish. Smooth from 15 feet and dangerous from 3-point land. She is active on defense and does an incredible job suffocating the opponent and coming up with the steal.

[player_tooltip player_id='559135' first='Stella' last='Lockhart'] | St. John Vianney | Class of 2026

Big guard basketball at it's finest! You'll be hard-pressed to find a tougher player anywhere in the gym! Her tenacity from the first whistle to the last is admirable and something that draws coaches to her. She is punishing off the bounce and splits multiple levels of defense on her way to the basket. At 6'1", she rebounds with the best of them and doesn't back down under any circumstances! She creates her own shot but also does a phenomenal job sharing the ball and creating for others.

[player_tooltip player_id='559037' first='Taylor' last='Sofilkanich'] | St. John Vianney | Class of 2026

Standing tall at 6'4", Taylor's size alone is enough to intimidate others! Now when you couple that with fluid mobility and disciplined post play, it makes her that much more of a dominant interior presence. She runs the floor extremely well for a big and maintains high energy throughout the duration of a game. When she gets two feet in the paint, it's tough to contain her. Excellent footwork, poise and patience. Strong effort on defense; fierce rim protector.
