The highest ranking prospect out of the 2025 Class in Nebraska is finally off the board. [player_tooltip player_id='276516' first='Molly' last='Ladwig'] of Omaha - Skutt Catholic High School is the #3 rated recruit for her Class and she will be taking her talents to Buffalo to continue on following her Senior season. Ladwig is a versatile scoring threat, a next-level defender, a smart individual in general, and someone that has a better than average motor. She is really smooth in everything she does and no matter what floor she competes on, she is always putting up impressive numbers. I hope Ladwig can take her supreme ability to the next level and show the Buffalo fans what's up. She comes off as a great athlete and an even better person, so it'll be fun to see how her journey continues to unfold moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='311395' first='Zoe' last='Hinze'] of Southeast Polk High School and [program_tooltip program_id='712595' first='Kingdom' last='Hoops'] AAU has recently committed prior to her Senior season o the high school floor. Hinze will be taking her talents and attending College Of The Ozark's to compete at in about a year. Hinze is a quick and fast paced PG, that can be moved around the perimeter. I think she can play from all around but she really thrives while leading her team with the ball in her hands. Another thing to note is the work Hinze has put into this process up until this point. She has worked non-step to be the best version of herself on and off the floor and she will look to carry that on with her to the next level as well.

Someone that falls into an interesting situation is [player_tooltip player_id='957821' first='Macy' last='Harnden'] but I think it leads to a big example for everyone that is paying attention. Harnden is a prospect that is in love with the game. She is a real student of wanting to become better and no matter what, nothing was going to stop her from competing at the next level following high school. Harnden hasn't been able to see the floor on her Varsity team at DC much because of their star starting PG, [player_tooltip player_id='311396' first='Ava' last='Zediker'] but that didn't stop her from competing with the [program_tooltip program_id='712377' first='All' last='Iowa Attack'] during AAU season, ultimately grabbing a few offers before you knew it. Harnden is going to compete with the Loras Duhawks in college and I think she could be really solid for that program in the grand scheme of things with the correct guidance.

A team out of Nebraska that I'm going to watch closely this next eight months is Pius X High School. This program has several prospects that are either college committed or they are about to be in the near future with the interest they currently hold. Their most recent commit comes to us in the form of PF, [player_tooltip player_id='316455' first='Ellie' last='Wells']. At the next level with the Drury Panthers, Wells will be more of a Combo/3-Guard in my opinion with the type of high end PG's and Forward's they already have on roster. By the time that Wells actually gets to wearing a Panthers uniform, they will need to make up for some lose of production but as long as she finds her niche early on, she will be just fine.

At the beginning of the 2024 AAU season this Spring, we talked about how the Iowa Dream 2025 program out of Cedar Rapids was going to have all of their prospects committed by the time they became Seniors in high school and they have recently had another prospect commit as of late. This time is Maddie Pavelka of Marion High School. Pavelka is a guard, that is going to be a solid producer at the next level if she is put in the correct situation. Pavelka has recently committed to Wartburg to continue on her basketball career following this Winter. An opportunity she is sure to make the most of!
