[player_tooltip player_id='750603' first='Judah' last='Smith'] (photo by Reps on Reps, Mark Dixon )is a young Freshman player that you will hear about this upcoming season. Smith runs the floor well, can score in transition, and knows how to get to the rim and score. Smith is a confident Freshman who knows how to score the ball. She scored on a nice transitional basket at Reps on Reps and her ability to run the floor and score were on display.

[player_tooltip player_id='515000' first='Rainah' last='Small'] (photo by Reps on Reps, Mark Dixon ) with a lot of physicality. The young and athletic forward displayed soft hands and showed the ability to put the ball down and get to the rim. She took a pass on the baseline, shook the defender, put the ball on the floor, attacked the rim, and drew the foul. That play was like "Kodak...worth a thousand words."

[player_tooltip player_id='1003136' first='Skylar' last='Wilson'] showed a lot in a short period of time. The young guard can handle the ball against pressure and knows how to draw the defense and dish to the open teammate. Wilson will play varsity as an 8th grader and is well equipped with the skills to do so effectively. At the showcase, the young guard threw a dime to a teammate while under diress. Wilson also played with the same intensity on the defensive end.

Jalaun Meeks was very impressive for a 7th grade Varsity player. Meeks has nice handles and is shifty, has a nice crossover, and is crafty with her change of direction. More than anything, the young guard's confidence is what stood out. In showcases like this one, some players try to hide, but not Meeks. She asked for the ball and wasn't shy about bringing the ball up the floor and initiating the offense.
