This era is caught up in so many things that don't agree with because being out here for over 20 years and watching it flip numerous times has me scratching my head so much that I'm losing hair, okay maybe my age has something to do with that but nevertheless, for m, it has always been about the kids and I love hearing stories that tie into my beliefs

Many are being sold #D1orNothing as well as #WNBA yet as a parent of a player who had over 100 D1 offers and has won championships in both college and the W, it ain't that simple because no matter what the NCAA website has on it, less than 1% of players will play Division 1 basketball and less than 1% of those will play in the WNBA so the main goal should be is to use CLUB/HS basketball as a tool to play somewhere for free or subsidized in order to obtain your degree

I have known Maggie King for what seems like a lifetime, her daughter Alexis was a ball girl at Texas A&M when my daughter played there while her sister Francis was starring with TWELVE, being coached by her sister. Two things that tickled me about those two future Top 100 players was Francis' mental toughness and clutch performances in games, she even showed me a picture of her first buck she plucked at 9, while LEX asked me to come watch her play and my response was " I thought you were going to be a cheerleader" as acrobatic as she was

It was good to cover the camp, I'll have a recap breaking it down on each team yet several Top 100 players were in attendance like [player_tooltip player_id='1039202' first='Jazlyn' last='Hill'] and [player_tooltip player_id='878613' first='Ja'Mya' last='Johnson'], who are in the featured photo, along with [player_tooltip player_id='898290' first='Alyvionia' last='Winn'] who keeps amazing me with her "never takes a play off" mentality because she goes so hard, she's in a full sweat from the drills alone. Deanna Cole had an emergency , she didn't make it yet I saw several NEW FACES as well as growth from many including [player_tooltip player_id='1045248' first='Valerie' last='Hernandez']

I also wanted to share this video featuring former [program_tooltip program_id='712630' first='Lady' last='Thunder'] players who spoke highly of Coach Maggie and their experiences with her, this includes a couple of other for Top 100's , Marilyn Nzoiwu and Tiana Mathis and one more time, it's MORE than just about basketball
