Her ability to keep her dribble low allowed her to navigate through tight spaces and find her open teammates. Despite facing heavy pressure from top defenders, she was able to protect the ball and make plays. Though smaller in stature, Allen had creative ways to throw off defenders' timing, whether through a side-step into a jump stop or by initiating contact before going into her layup to prevent her shot from being blocked.

[player_tooltip player_id='249395' first='Jazlyn' last='Bowman'] was a standout in the showcase, coming out of the gate confident and aggressive on the offensive end. She shot lights out, knocking down threes from every spot on the floor, whether off the dribble or catch. Jazlyn also demonstrated her ability to put the ball on the floor, either driving to the rim or using her dribble to create space for her shot. She showed exceptional conditioning, maintaining high-energy intensity in every game without ever dropping in production. If she's already in this great shape, expect her to be a fourth-quarter assassin this high school season.

[player_tooltip player_id='933334' first='Shelby' last='Gaines'] was a transition threat; when she comes down the court at full speed, she's hard to stop. She has a variety of quick moves that allow her to make creative layups at the rim. Shelby used her long arms on defense to disrupt passing lanes and keep her matchups in front of her. She's also very athletic and has impressive leaping ability. As one of the best rebounding guards, she consistently gave her team extra possessions, fearlessly battling in the paint with the bigs. Additionally, she was quick enough to slip under ball handlers for steals and finish swiftly in transition.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039018' first='Ava' last='Rivera'] brought a physical presence to the game, hustling and jumping for every rebound. She knew how to operate in the post, using pump fakes and up-and-unders to get easy buckets at the rim, especially against smaller mismatches. Ava also excelled in transition, getting up the floor quickly. When she grabbed a rebound, she had a unique ability to get the ball to her teammates quickly with outlet passes. Ava impacted her team in many ways, both offensively and defensively.

Harper Willis knew how to get out quickly and consistently beat her matchup down the floor. She fought for position early in the paint, forcing her teammates to constantly feed her the ball in the post. Harper demonstrated great awareness by keeping the ball high when she caught it, avoiding putting it on the floor, and going straight up for an easy score. Despite the abundance of talent in the gym, Harper never backed down from any matchup, proving herself to be a competitor who enjoyed good competition until the very end.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039017' first='Ana' last='Leka'] caught my attention when she received a pass in transition, attacked across the middle of the floor, and stopped without hesitation at the free throw line for a smooth pull-up jumper that was nothing but net. Ana displayed excellent footwork; even when she wasn't open on the initial catch, she was able to create enough space to get her shot off. She also gets great lift on her jump shot, making it hard for defenders to contest, and she follows through well. Ana wasn't afraid of contact, as she could put the ball on the floor, initiate contact, and finish with tough, contested layups. She consistently took smart shots, rarely forcing anything, and capitalized on open opportunities when they came her way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039027' first='Maia' last='Berdebes'] was the perfect definition of a combo guard. She not only ran the offense effectively but also scored when needed. Maia played under control and at her own pace. I think I might have seen her turn the ball over only once or twice; otherwise, she was very efficient on the floor. She's the type of player you can always rely on, especially in clutch moments or tight games, as you can trust her to make the right decisions to help win the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='748413' first='Ediliana' last='Garcia'] came to compete. She played with grit and a chip on her shoulder, letting everyone know who she was, and she certainly accomplished that. Garcia had some of the best handles in the gym, using her dribble to create space for her shot at an elite level. Her ability to use counters to get to her spot impressed many in attendance. Garcia wasn't a slouch on defense either; she got low into her stance and took the responsibility as a challenge to shut down her matchup. Garcia is definitely a name everyone should be aware of and will undoubtedly break into the next PGH rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039031' first='Melody' last='Charlton'] got my vote as one of the best shooters in the gym. She was confidently knocking down deep shots, whether contested or open. Melody was at her best on the move, forcing defenders to pay close attention to her. This was my first time seeing Charlton, and she's definitely a player to follow. She has an exciting game, shooting with confidence and precision. Charlton will thrive in any system where she can come off off-ball screens and pin downs to get open, as she shoots the 3-ball at a high percentage.
