[player_tooltip player_id='641977' first='Grace' last='Fincham'] has been trending upwards this past twelve months. Fincham, the 5'10 CG, is a mismatch nightmare and this past weekend she competed on AIA top EYBL team. Usually when you have a loaded roster like this, players tend to over-shadow each other but Grace did a great job of keeping it simple and that ultimately made her look very good as a recruit. She was efficient in everything she did, she was aggressive when openings presented themselves, and she demonstrates that she knows how to play her role in which-ever system she is working in. Prior to this AAU season, Fincham received a UNI offer. Her first D1 offer but at this point, it won't be her last.

I would say that the best overall player this past weekend for the ETG program was [player_tooltip player_id='756006' first='Ani' last='Leu']. Leu displayed her mixture of length, smarts, and skill in every contest she competed in over the three day period and that stood out to everyone in attendance. Coming off of another great high school season and I can tell that Leu is motivated to make this her best AAU campaign on record. She has a lot of college interest at this moment in time so if she does accomplish the goals she sets out for, I'm sure those offers will keep on coming until she commits.

[player_tooltip player_id='557354' first='Jenica' last='Lewis'] is one of the top 2026's in the nation that is still uncommitted with more suitors than you can account for. Lewis had her full arsenal on display this weekend on her home court. She was leading by example as the PG and setting up her team's offense, she showed her 1v1 skills are unmatchable, and she displayed all the intangibles you love to see as a coach. Such as communicating at high rate, helping the others around her understand concepts, and everything in between. Whoever gets Lewis to commit is going to hit a home-run. We just have to wait and see where that might be.

Addie Schilb is a player that is smart, extremely skilled, and she is someone that isn't afraid to mix it up with anyone physically. This weekend in Waukee she pulled out some moves that really shocked the crowd. One was a seasoned step through move at the basket off of a two foot jump stop, while the others was a hard take to the rim as she was looking for a bucket and the foul. Schilb might not be the best shooter on her M14 team but don't get it twisted, she can play. When she is on the floor, it's noticeable and not everyone can say that.

It's been an interesting road this last year with [player_tooltip player_id='882864' first='Allie' last='John'] of Bennington High School. John saw the Varsity floor at a solid rate as a freshman but she played more-so out of her position to help the cause on her own team. She still made an impressive impact but now it's AAU season and she is ready to keep things rolling. This weekend John did everything pretty well. She rebounded on both ends, she was a constant in the blocks department on the defensive end, she was hitting other open teammates for some assists, all while cleaning up the glass and scoring a few points herself. John's future is bright. She has natural size at 6'0 and a foundation to build on. Those two things could take her far in this sport.
