Georgia’s 2027 Standouts at 3SSB Session 1

In this article:
Adidas' 3SSB Circuit began their 2025 Season with their first stop in Rock Hill, SC. The facility was beautiful and 3SSB did a great job with the marketing, promotion, and hospitality of this event. Here were a few Class of 2027 GA players that made good impressions throughout the weekend:
Nimah played up a class on 17U and was still the number two shot blocker (1.8 bpg) and number three rebounder (7.8 bpg) in that division this weekend. She's a long post that completely dominated the boards on both ends with her offensive boards helping her to 14 points per game. I was really impressed with her footwork, athleticism, and motor as a kid that has huge upside & clearly has been working on her game.

Deyva brought the energy all weekend long in Rock Hill. She's an athletic guard that was everywhere on the court on every single possession. Her frame is wiry, so she did have some nice length and muscle to that build. On the defensive end, she played just as hard and picked a few pockets for steals that led to transition buckets. Deyva's ability to elevate for boards and even shoot it from the outside make her a well-rounded player who also had a ton of hustle plays in the games I watched.

Skylar is a strong post player that looked solid in the game I saw as a more traditional post player. She made some nice back-to-the-basket moves and showed off some clean footwork. As a post, she ran the floor well and altered a lot of shots with a big block on one possession on Saturday. I think Skylar has the potential to be one of the best post prospects in the state of Georgia in this class.

Finley was a nightmare to guard and match up against as a versatile forward in the 2027 class. She has the benefit of playing at her age group with a Southeast All Stars program that has a ton of talent, so you can see her play against her peers and really impress. Finley was scoring at all three levels in the game I saw with a really smooth stroke from deep and mid-range. She can put the ball on the floor and use her strong frame to power through a defender and even hit a couple shots with a nice little fade from 10 feet or so. I also thought she did a good job of finding her teammates on offense and then having active hands on the defensive end.

Milan was one of the more impressive players during the weekend on getting downhill and finishing at the rim. She had great energy on defense with a couple big steals and transition points in the game I watched. Her outside shot looked pretty good although I think her strength is getting to the rim as far as scoring is concerned. I really liked how well she rebounded the ball at her size/position and seemed to be very intentional about crashing the glass as the number 3 rebounder (6.5 rpg) at the 16U level.

Tobi is a smaller guard, but she had a really nice block against a bigger opponent when I saw her this weekend. She can knock it down from deep and hit a nice, contested three ball on Saturday. I really liked her pace, ability to create/distribute, and her effort on both sides of the ball. Her speed and handles allows her to score it in bunches by getting to the rim and she's great at turning defense into offense for her team.
