AAU Team Breakdown: Team Durant 16U EYBL

If you don't know about the rising Freshman class and you want to know more, there may not be a better player to start with than [player_tooltip player_id='1263650' first='Khloe' last='Ison']. Khloe has several offers from Power 5 schools and is one of the best young guards in the DMV. Khloe has an elite handle and is an advanced shot creator for her age. She hits tough jump shots where she creates space using her handle and speed. She gets to the bucket with ease, and she is a fantastic passer, especially when she gets downhill. Khloe is a special talent!     [player_tooltip player_id='1057657' first='McKenzie' last='Small'] is a strong and physical player who gives you good things on both ends. She attacks the rim well and is a strong finisher. She is a disciplined defender who uses her size well. She has a high IQ and competes on the glass well.      [player_tooltip player_id='1098851' first='Iris' last='Leonard'] contributed in her freshman season for one of the best teams in the DMV, Sidwell Friends. She is a terrific spot-up shooter, and that is her most impactful contribution. She does a solid job putting the ball on the floor when teams run her off the line, and she is always important as a floor spacer.      Milan Trusty is an entertaining player to watch. She has a tight and quick handle and has terrific shot creation. Milan does an excellent job getting to the rim, and she is a crafty finisher going to her right. She plays beyond her years, and I love the competitiveness she plays with. Milan is a player to watch going forward.      This is a young 16U team with many players playing up. There are a couple of rising freshmen on this team, one of whom I talked about earlier, [player_tooltip player_id='1263650' first='Khloe' last='Ison'], and the other, [player_tooltip player_id='1263689' first='Anaiah' last='Pelt']. Anaiah uses her body well as a driver and finishes through contact well. She is elite as a slasher and can dominate a game doing it. Anaiah is a terrific passer, and her ability as a driver opens up her passing.     [player_tooltip player_id='551071' first='Leylani' last='Abraham'] is an athletic big who has a lot of potential. She has the size you want out of someone in her position. She is impactful on the glass and can get you points out of the post. Leylani is a skilled finisher around the rim, and although she is ranked high, a nice AAU season could see her take on a bigger role on PVI next year.      Stevie Harley is a nice wing prospect who is terrific on both ends. She is a good spot-up shooter, does an excellent job defensively, and is impactful on the glass. Stevie has the skillset that makes her a plug-and-play player, and playing on this [program_tooltip program_id='815866' first='Team' last='Durant'] team will get more eyes on her.      I watched [player_tooltip player_id='925740' first='Vanesa' last='Flood'] last summer at DMVlive, and she was one of the most impressive players. Vanesa is a walking double-double. She plays hard and has great length and athleticism. She is a good finisher and active defender and one of the better 2028s in the DMV.      Emily Forrester is a high-potential prospect. She has great size and the ability to step out and knock down jump shots at 6'4. Emily's mix of size and shooting ability makes her an intriguing prospect. Emily can get points from the post and plays stronger than she looks.
