Annika cashed in on her workload at the PGH Michigan State Tournament, earning an All-Tournament First Team selection. She gave MBA a boost with her perimeter shooting, shot blocking, persistent rebounding, and strong finishing in the paint. Annika continued to shine in a key role for Rockford at the Ferris Team Camp. She's a front-court prospect who does it all, competes hard, and has the height needed to play inside at the next level. Annika earned a higher ranking in our latest update and will be an important player in the Rockford rotation this winter.

Kaitlyn proved how dominant she could be during a thrilling regional finals game. At BCAM, Kaitlyn was great again for Haslett against an elite opponent. She used an assortment of pivot moves and dribbles to get by defenders on her path to the rim. Kaitlyn scored with great touch around the basket and converted free throws. She has the versatility to pop outside and drain three-pointers, face the basket and drive out of the high post, or post up defenders with her back-to-the-basket on the block. Kaitlyn protects the rim as a shot blocker and fights to secure rebounds. I expect Kaitlyn to have another strong season for a Haslett team that looks like a serious D2 contender. She will continue her career at SVSU following graduation.

Ella climbed our rankings with a string of impressive high school and travel outings in front of our scouts. Ella caught our attention at the PGH Michigan State Tournament, made more noise at Ferris State Team Camp, and added an exclamation point at the Big North Shootout. Her strong finishing at the rim, ruthless rebounding, relentless hustle, and shot-blocking presence were consistent separators. Ella's presence is missed when she isn't in the game--her physical style and length should draw attention from college programs.

Xandaija was a difference maker for [program_tooltip program_id='1226083' first='West' last='Michigan Drive'] Crosby the past few months, showing next-level qualities that earned a higher ranking. Xandaija double-dipped at LBI Jamfest, turning in consecutive performances that gained recognition from both of our scouts. Xandaija's athleticism, power, and versatility were a matchup problem for opposing forwards. She stepped outside to hit three-pointers, pursued many offensive rebounds, and finished with strength around the basket. Xandaija is a fierce shot blocker, drives hard downhill, and will be a prospect to pay attention to this winter at Waverly.
