The interest from the collegiate levels is continuing to rise as we move into the Fall for [player_tooltip player_id='777231' first='Fayth' last='Sullivan'] of the [program_tooltip program_id='714272' first='Iowa' last='Battlers']. Sullivan put together a noteworthy weekend in the FLA to finish off her Sophomore AAU campaign. Sullivan has a better the average shooting stroke, she can handle and finish with body control in the paint, all while being pretty instinctual on both sides of the floor. I'm hoping that Sullivan has some college visits lined up for this Fall. She is a prospect who possesses a next level skill-set in this game, she just needs a chance and the rest could be history. All in all, fantastic showing from Sullivan and company these past few weeks on the road.

[player_tooltip player_id='880907' first='Natalie' last='Schechinger'] helped lead her [program_tooltip program_id='712377' first='All' last='Iowa Attack'] EYCL team to a National Title about a week ago. Schenchinger is your PG that would be considered pass-first. She sets up her team's system, moves players where she should, and she makes sure everything is working how it is suppose too. If something breaks down, Schenchinger has shown that she can make something happen with little space and time on the clock. The dynamic at IC - Liberty will be interesting this Winter. I think Schechinger will see the floor a good amount with how efficient her play can be. She might not kill you with flashy moves but more-so with straight fundamentals. Which is just as impressive.

[player_tooltip player_id='686893' first='Cassidy' last='Danburg'] is a multiple sport athlete, that is a viable option for her Waukee NW team on the Volleyball court at 6'2. Danburg is also skilled enough to compete on the college floor for Basketball one day, if she so chooses. Over the past year, Danburg has been a big stock riser on the hardwood. She has demonstrated that not only is she tall, she is coordinated, balanced, athletic, and fairly skilled. She can kill it near the basket or she can put the rock on the floor and go off the dribble to get to a more favorable spot from the outside. Defensively, someone you have to worry abut. After you beat you first opponent, if you don't know where she is - the possession is probably going to end with a Danburg block or tip in some way. If I'm a college coaching staff, there is a lot to like here. Danburg is coming off of a weekend where she was playing effective ball, making everyone around her better with her passing/screening ability. Things college coaches love to see out of someone over 6'0.

If you know about [player_tooltip player_id='644557' first='Ari' last='Phillips'], you know that she is coming off of a successful AAU season with her Battlers Program. Phillips is an obvious creator and facilitator of the basketball. She has proven on the biggest stage in Iowa that she can also turn into her team's main scoring option when opponents try to game plan against her weaknesses. I guess the easiest way to say it is that Phillips is a gamer. This past weekend this was someone who made a difference with her energy and organization. She made big plays down the floor in transition, while also showing that she can move off of the ball to produce as a cutter as well. At the college level, this could be PG #1 with a talented roster. That's for sure.

Someone that has been overshadowed this AAU season has been [player_tooltip player_id='833956' first='Kaitlin' last='Loria'] of IC - City High and [program_tooltip program_id='712377' first='All' last='Iowa Attack']. Loria just happens to compete with some really solid prospects. There is nothing wrong with that. When Loria is competing, she demonstrates that she wants to be someone that her team can trust in. She is an athletic SF at 5'10/5'11, who has years of varsity experience at this point in her career. Whoever scoops up Loria is getting someone that will surprise you. I have a feeling this Winter with the City Hawks that she will turn some heads before you know it. Her team is going to be looking for more production with August Palmer graduating so Loria should have more opportunities if the coaching staff has the correct system's in play.
