[player_tooltip player_id='880906' first='Kalyn' last='Scamman'] is coming off of an AAU season with her 15U ETG Midwest 3SSB program that was memorable. This 2028 Class is a solid one for this program and they did some work within the 3SSB Circuit this year. Scamman plays her part, she doesn't get ahead of herself, she can play the 1 or the 2 offensively but she thrives setting up her team's offense as the PG in a number of different ways. This past month, Scamman right in her first collegiate offer to D2-UNK. This is an offer from a productive program but this is just the beginning in the offer department for this one. I expect KS to hold 10-20 offers before she finishes up her high school career. She might not be the flashy one on the floor at all times but she makes things happen.

The #1 option for MV High School this Winter will be Audra Burbirdge as she brings up the rock. Burbridge is someone who does a good job of pushing the ball in transition off rebounds when she has open space, she can slow it down and run her team's system or she attack and create for others off the bounce. Defensively, fast acting hands and quick feet help her stay in front of her individual matchup a majority of the time and if she ever does get beaten, she is pretty good at recovering into space to get back into the play. All in all, Burbridge should put up good numbers this Winter if she stays motivated.

It's going to be fun to see Newell-Fonda compete the next few years with the roster that they will bring to the varsity floor. One of their main producers on both ends from a year ago, that should take the lead of this group is [player_tooltip player_id='880904' first='Ellie' last='Sievers'] at the 1, 2, or 3 position. Sievers left it all on the floor in her team's State Championship last season and she is looking to make it back for another go for her Sophomore campaign. Sievers plays off of two, with balance, with coordination, and a smooth shooting stroke from all offensive levels. She is extremely crafty to making things happen and she moves pretty effortlessly in general. All of those things combine together to make for someone we will see at the college level before you know it. She demonstrated that last Winter, this past AAU season, and she is hopefully going to do it again this upcoming Winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1186492' first='Brooklyn' last='Hughes'] is looking to take a big step up this Winter with her Akron-Westfield Community School program. This program is going to lose their main source of production from years past due to graduation so they will be looking for others to take the lead. I think that someone is going to be Hughes. Hughes is skilled as a PG/SG. She comes in right around 5'6, while doing a decent job of showing out last Winter behind some Senior leadership. She demonstrated that she has natural instincts in this game. She knows situation Basketball and it's impressive for her age level. Hughes is coming off of a Freshman AAU season with her Swarm program and I'm sure she is excited to get things going for Round 2 of high school ball.

The [program_tooltip program_id='712595' first='Kingdom' last='Hoops'] program put together some nice weekends throughout the past six months as a whole. A player out of their 2028 Class, who played within her own capabilities on the road was [player_tooltip player_id='880921' first='Callie' last='Stull'] of Ankeny High School. Stull kept her handle in check, she limited her dribbles - staying efficient while attacking or creating, and she was always one of the first on the floor for a loose ball when the opportunities presented themselves. Stull is a team player. Someone that is willing to do anything for the good of the team and that's someone all coaches love to have apart of their program. No matter if it's at the high school or college levels.
