The Towson Women's program hosted one last night of Elite Camp action on a Friday night and attracted over 100 players again. In the opening two hour session I was able to see some players I hadn't seen yet and some that I had seen earlier. Let's take a look at who did what.

Angelyn Almonte, Exodus NYC, 2029 Guard

Angelyn showed why she is one of the top prospects in her class. She showed off her full arsenal on offense, scoring from all over the court. She is a deadly shooter and doesn't need much room to operate. She showed off her vision and passing skills and her teammates got tons of good looks.

[player_tooltip player_id='433884' first='Alana' last='Joy'], Team Museum, 2026, Guard

Alana was a problem in transition, running the floor and using her speed and athleticism to get easy buckets. She was active on defense and had a good showing overall.

Gabby Royal, IExcel, 2028, Guard

Gabby was a force to be reckoned with. She was physically too strong for most of the defenders she faced and put up plenty of buckets in the paint. When she wasn't bulldozing her way to the rim she showed off a nice touch from the 3-point line. She took home a team MVP award.

[player_tooltip player_id='663345' first='April' last='Winfield'], [program_tooltip program_id='747613' first='FBC' last='Havoc'], 2027, Point Guard

April is a point guard that has a scorer's mentality. In this event she was cooking from anywhere on the court. She showed off her range which is past the three-point line and also her strong ball handling skills. She creates space at an elite level and makes good decisions with the ball. She grabbed an MVP award for her work.

Dallis Stewart, Eastern PA Elite, 2026, Point Guard

This was second time seeing Dallis this summer. She's a steady and composed floor general and an elite athlete. She's deadly in transition and is an exceptional on ball defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='1306097' first='Julissa' last='Almonte'], [program_tooltip program_id='750645' first='Team' last='Melo'], 2029 Shooting Guard

Julissa has had a strong summer, and she showed why on Friday night. I saw her earlier this month and handed her an MVP award at the Family Reunion. She's a natural scoring guard but can also handle the ball and deliver accurate passes. She held her own on both ends of the court.
