August Top Playmakers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Some of the top players in August, showed up at the PGH Georgia Freshman Showcase and Sophomore Camp. These players showed up in the 3v3 as well as the full court games. They stood out because of their ability to play on both ends of the floor. Her speed and ability to get to the rim is what stood out. Always in scoring mode but can play defense with the best of them. A player that couldn't be stopped at the Sophomore Camp. A player that doesn't give up on the play. She is always around the ball and wants the ball in her hands down the stretch. She does all the little things and is not afraid to pressure her defenders from start to finish. One of the best guards I had the opportunity to watch in August. A player that can score from mid-range or flat out shoot the ball. She averaged over 20 plus points a game at the Sophomore ID Camp earlier in the month. When a smaller defender is on her she can put them on the block and score at the rim. Also has the ability to push the ball in transition and attack the rim and score through contact. A special talent that keeps everyone guessing her next move. When a team has a great point guard they have the upper hand on teams. High IQ guard that knows when to score and when to distribute. A player that knows how to play with pace and control the offense.
