A number of prospects made major strides this summer and really improved their games. In the post I'm going to take a look at the first five that made a big impression on me.

[player_tooltip player_id='1056448' first='Yinpobil' last='Zing'], Springdale Prep, 2028, Power Forward

Steady progress is the name of the game for MS. Zing who is here from Ghana working on her game. I first saw her two years ago and she has improved tremendously since then. She's an exceptional athlete with good size at around six feet. She has improved her skills and is playing with a lot more confidence. She grabbed an MVP award at the Towson Elite Camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='946897' first='Gianna' last='Bagley'], MD23 Elite, 2028, Guard/Wing

Gianna has tremendous length and a soft touch. She is a versatile defender with the ability to guard multiple positions. She plays at a deliberate pace and does not get sped up. She's a strong rebounder for a guard and had a solid showing at the most recent Towson Elite Camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='1230285' first='Qaidence' last='David'], Power Move, 2028, Power Forward

Qaidence took a big leap from the beginning of the high school season until the end of the summer. A strong six footer with a nice touch around the basket, she has expanded her range out to the three point line. This season should be a breakout campaign for her.

[player_tooltip player_id='785460' first='Cayenne' last='Pigeon'], [program_tooltip program_id='750645' first='Team' last='Melo'], 2027, Guard

Cayenne had a strong summer run with [program_tooltip program_id='750645' first='Team' last='Melo'] and picked up her first D1 offer. She has a combo guard profile and I like how she improved her shot selection. She has a sweet step back jumper from behind the three point line and she has been finishing stronger at the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='946902' first='Dahlia' last='Debourou'], [program_tooltip program_id='815866' first='Team' last='Durant'], 2028, Guard

Dahlia is a strong two way player and she was recognized for her defense at the Delaware camp. At the 695hoops Family Reunion she took home the MVP award because she put up a bunch of points. She is a skilled ball handler with good vision and passing ability and is capable of dominating at both ends of the court. She'll be a major piece for Bullis this season.

A number of prospects made major strides this summer and really improved their games. In the post I'm going to take a look at the first five that made a big impression on me.
