Every player listed has shown off their skill-set over the years with their varsity high school team and that has helped them prove to recruiters that they have what it takes to suit up following their high school careers.

Doane has been shooting out offers to some impressive player out of the state of Nebraska at all different age levels. They're most recent games to [player_tooltip player_id='1224838' first='Maelie' last='Nelson'] from Fort Calhoun High School. Nelson has been a respectable producer for her high school program for three years now and the Doane staff notices that. She has also put up some decent numbers on the road during AAU ball, demonstrating that she is better than you average hooper out of the 2026 Class. I'm not sure where Nelson will end up in the grand scheme of things but this is definitely an option to consider moving into the Fall.

Coming off of injury towards the end of this AAU season and [player_tooltip player_id='757558' first='Halle' last='Dolliver'] is starting to look like her normal self again. Her high motor, her willingness to create contact and physical play first, and her skill on the ball are starting to come together again. At this pace I think Dolliver will be fully ready to role for the high school season - which is a great sign! You always want to end you high school career with a bang and Dolliver will have that opportunity. As of most recent, the 2025 Summer AAU season ended and HD has committed to UNO out of Omaha and she isn't the only one. She will join forces once again with current ETG AAU teammates - [player_tooltip player_id='756006' first='Ani' last='Leu'] & [player_tooltip player_id='820879' first='Ava' last='Markowski'] so this group is going to have some chemistry right off the jump once they finally do get on campus in a calendar years time.

Like we have mentioned above, [player_tooltip player_id='756006' first='Ani' last='Leu'] from Lincoln North Star will be joining UNO to compete following this next season at the high school varsity level. Leu would be considered a 6'0 CG, depending on how you look at it. With her size and ability, she is a natural in most facets of the game on both sides of the basketball. She can kill you at all offensive levels, she can produce without scoring, and she boards consistently with her height. Defensively - she can switch onto smaller or bigger, depending on what is needed from her in those moments. I'm excited to see how she does at the next level. As long as she works on her changes of speed while attacking over the next 8-12 months, she should step onto the UNO campus as a producer, seeing the collegiate floor before you know it.

It's always a win when a collegiate program gets a producer at over 6'0. No matter how you phrase it. Well, [player_tooltip player_id='758890' first='Emelia' last='Daubendiek'] has committed to South Dakota School of Mines to kick off her college career at the next level. Daubendiek has been someone that has been consistent in rebounds, defending, and scoring when the opportunities present themselves. This really is someone that stuffs the stat sheet per se. She can have a double-double in no time if you don't account for her on the glass or near the bucket on either end. If she plays with that tenacity for years to come, she should continue to level up as she grows in the game and in life.

GLM is the first 2029 prospect out of Nebraska to receive a collegiate offer at this time and that offer was to D2-UNK out of Kearney. Coach Drew Johnson knows what's up. GLM is a baller already and she is just stepping into her Freshman year at Millard West. As you can tell, GLM might be young but she can GO. She can shoot the ball at a college level already, she possesses a respectable handle and ability to create, while being a menace defensively on and off of the ball. All in all, I'm more curious about what GLM becomes at the end of the day compared to anything else. If she takes the correct steps with the right guidance, the sky is the limit for this one.

Sioux Falls locked in another shooter for their future this past week when [player_tooltip player_id='871243' first='Madalyn' last='Dolliver'] from Pender High School committed. Dolliver is that player you have to tag early in a game from deep. As soon as she steps over half court, you MUST know where she is or else she will hit 3, 4, 5 three points in a row with ease. Dolliver has been impressive over her high school career moving into her senior year. She will be looking to make her mark in the State Record books before her high school career comes to a close. She sits with 267 made three pointers with the State Record being 389 (Taylor McCabe). Last Winter she hit 111 three pointers to set the all time State Record for a single season. If she is near that moving into the Playoffs this upcoming Winter, who knows what could happen!
