Kentucky State first-year Head Coach Amani Williams landed a huge in-state commitment with [player_tooltip player_id='493155' first='Atylia' last='Green']. In her junior season, Green averaged 13 points per game, broke the single-season steals record, and helped guide Henderson County to a 28-6 record and returned to the Sweet 16, where they advanced to the quarterfinals. She looks to be a strong candidate for Region Player of the Year this season.

Kylie led all scorers for North Bullitt last season, averaging 16.4 points per game while helping her team claim the 23rd District title for the second year in a row. She also surpassed 1,500 career points, marking another milestone in her impressive career. Over the summer, she left it all on the floor in her final AAU season with the Lady Aces 17U, earning several college offers before committing to Brescia University, a program that finished 20-8 in the River States Conference and has a bright future ahead under Head Coach Nick Chaykowsky. (Featured Image)

After averaging a team-leading 18.6 points per game and helping Daviess County capture its first-ever region championship and Sweet 16 appearance, Kennedy followed up with a really good spring and summer playing with STARS Basketball. She earned her offers from Brescia, Trevecca Nazarene, and Georgetown College. Heading into her senior season as the Lady Panthers' all-time leading scorer, she'll be one of the clear favorites to take home 3rd Region Player of the Year.

Cariann had a monster junior season, averaging 18 points and 13.5 rebounds per game ranking among the state's top rebounders, while leading Edmonson County to its second 12th District Championship in the last three years. With her production and impact on both ends, she'll be firmly in the mix for 3rd Region Player of the Year honors this season.

Abby made her commitment to Indiana Tech University a little over a month ago. Last season, she led Mercy with 15.4 points per game, helping the Jaguars capture both the district and region titles and make that special trip to Rupp Arena. She's poised for a big senior season and looks to be the front-runner for 6th Region Player of the Year.
