BREAKOUT CANDIDATE
[player_tooltip player_id='834952' first='Kyra' last='Lowe'], 2027, 5-8 SG, Whitko H.S.
- Kyra saw action her Freshman year for a talented South Bend Washington team. However, with all the talent they had, she was relied upon to defend and make a lot of the intangible plays. This year, now at Whitko, she could star. She is athletic, long, and hard-working. She can create off the dribble for herself or teammates, she has gotten much more aggressive offensively, and she is a high-level defender.

ON THE RISE
[player_tooltip player_id='1137311' first='Aniya' last='Doughty'], 2027, 5-9 SG, Franklin Central H.S.
- During the 2024-2025 season, the Flashes played six members of the 2027 class in their rotation, with Aniya drawing less attention than some others. That could change this Winter, as she has continued to improve, gotten stronger, and become more assertive. Aniya had a great Summer, she can handle the ball, and she is becoming a more aggressive scorer. She's also a nice athlete and a very good defender.

TOP NEWCOMER
[player_tooltip player_id='1118516' first='Tatum' last='DeVries'], 2027, 5-9 SG, Bloomington H.S. South
- Tatum qualifies for this category for a pair of reasons. First, we added her to the list late in the Spring, as she moved in from West Virginia, which means she is also newly rostered this season for the Lady Panthers of Bloomington South. She is a long, smooth, and fluid shooter who you can't give any space. She started to be more aggressive off the bounce this Summer, and she adds to an already deep roster.
