#1 Lone Peak

The Most Experienced team is coming back, and they will be led by a D1 caliber player in [player_tooltip player_id='796745' first='Kennedy' last='Woolston']. Look for [player_tooltip player_id='873278' first='Jordan' last='Moeaki'] and Maddie Pope to have great years.

#2 Westlake

[player_tooltip player_id='796479' first='Avery' last='Thompson'] makes everyone better around her, and [player_tooltip player_id='861992' first='Ella' last='Seymore'] is set to have a big year as well. This team brings back a lot of experience and solid chemistry.

#3 Pleasant Grove

Pleasant Grove could be a very tough team to beat on paper. They will be anchored by [player_tooltip player_id='796796' first='Tabitha' last='Clark'] and [player_tooltip player_id='873276' first='Sutton' last='Villa']. Look for a very much improved [player_tooltip player_id='873279' first='Siri' last='Burgess'] this season. The addition of [player_tooltip player_id='796473' first='Zuri' last='Nordstrom'] is huge.

#4 Fremont

Fremont is a team loaded with quality role players who can hit open shots. Once they get their volleyball girls back, they will be tall and athletic and will cause problems for any team. [player_tooltip player_id='796472' first='Abigail' last='Christensen'] is the real deal.

#5 West

A lot of players who can help on both sides. This team could easily climb up the rankings in a hurry with Kaylee Falatea at the forefront.

#6 Syracuse

Syracuse has two very talented seniors in [player_tooltip player_id='796823' first='Maylee' last='Anderson'] and Rachael McBride. They also have some young talent making their way up the ranks. Keep an eye on them.

#7 Cedar Valley

Cedar Valley has all the tools across the board to play at a high level. They have athletes and skilled players all over. Keep an eye on their guard rotations because they have some really impressive guards.

#8 Bountiful

[player_tooltip player_id='796795' first='Milika' last='Satuala'] is set to take over on this team, nd she can do it all. Excited to watch this team play. They have a shot just as good as any to make a big-time run.

#9 Copper Hills

With a lot of size, look for [player_tooltip player_id='922382' first='Ella' last='Creer'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1206007' first='Abby' last='Bush'] to be very impactful in some big-time games for this team.

#10 Wasatch

[player_tooltip player_id='796470' first='Mahala' last='Speardon'] and Dani Garner will be a tough combo to stop. Wasatch is going to be tough to beat.

#11 Bingham

Bingham graduated almost everyone, but they have some hungry young players like [player_tooltip player_id='875185' first='Avery' last='Aiono'] and [player_tooltip player_id='875180' first='Lanie' last='Smith']. Bingham could sneak up on some teams with the shooters they have on the team.

#12 Alta

Alta has one of the best guards in the state in [player_tooltip player_id='789082' first='Olivia' last='Stephens']. Then you add [player_tooltip player_id='796802' first='Alia' last='Baldassano'] and [player_tooltip player_id='796804' first='Quincy' last='Kegel'] to the mix, and this team could run and gun.

#13 Lehi

Lehi might be better than a lot of people give them credit for. Kelcie Rasmussen has improved, and so have a lot of their young guards who will be able to see the floor now.

#14 Maple Mountain

[player_tooltip player_id='825009' first='Leah' last='Bailey'] is an absolute baller. Excited to watch her compete and see what she does this season. She has gotten better every year. This is a big year for her.

#15 Pine View

Pine View can play with anyone, and you will see a mixture of elite guard play as well as

#16 Payson

Payson has a chance to surprise a few teams, but the one player that we are excited to watch is [player_tooltip player_id='879702' first='Emmy' last='Hales']. A lot of potential in her.

#17 Timpview

Timpview might have to depend on a lot of new young talent. [player_tooltip player_id='873277' first='Tasi' last='Galeai'] is a very good prospect, and so is [player_tooltip player_id='997504' first='Stella' last='Madsen'].

#18 Davis

Davis is in a next man up mode, as they have a lot of players they can turn to. Keep an eye on [player_tooltip player_id='827408' first='Kate' last='Willard'] this season.

#19 Snow Canyon

Snow Canyon has the height and they have good guard play. At the end of the day if they canget their bigs involved and get solid play from [player_tooltip player_id='875186' first='Falynn' last='Randall'] they could be sneaky good.

#20 Mountain Ridge

Mountain Ridge has a few good players in [player_tooltip player_id='866703' first='Jada' last='Jangard'], [player_tooltip player_id='805788' first='Kaylee' last='Montgomery'], and [player_tooltip player_id='796847' first='Jessica' last='Maynard']. They have a shot to make some noise in region play and in 6A.

#21 Ridgeline

[player_tooltip player_id='796477' first='Abby' last='Munford'] has a chance to really showcase her talents this coming season.

#22 Dixie

A few young guards are ready to run. This is one of the most dangerous teams in the state. They can play with anyone.

#23 Riverton

Riverton has a few good players in the fold. Samantha Spencer and [player_tooltip player_id='812050' first='Maggie' last='Hamblin'] will be tough, look for [player_tooltip player_id='952618' first='Meg' last='Rawson'] to be a major impact at some point.

#24 Provo

[player_tooltip player_id='873280' first='Sage' last='Yenchik'], [player_tooltip player_id='931426' first='Asha' last='Alletto'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1246445' first='Mia' last='Martinez'] have enough skill on both ends of the court to compete with anyone They will be ready for a run again this season.

#25 Farmington

Farmington has played well this summer, and you might see a new and improved level of play from them this coming season.
