She has situational awareness and the patience to see things unfold in front of her, she knows when to be aggressive in certain spots, and she knows when to pass and move away from the play to give the others around her space. Today we have seen a little bit of everything out of Foglesong. She is really raw in the game in general but she has demonstrated that she has the future potential to be really good. This Winter at SE Polk, their main Post is out of the year due to a leg injury so I'm expecting this to be someone who could step up for them in the long run. She is going to have to get some good guidance from her coaching staff but if she can learn what her job is early on within the program, while continuing to build on her physicality - she is going to be handful at 6'2. Early on in the day Roeder ran into another player, cutting her head open pretty badly. Instead of leaving the event to go to the ER, she got it wrapped up by medical and continued to compete for the rest of the day. Roeder showed off that she can do a little bit of everything as a guard. She can be the PG you want, she can move off the ball and be your main scoring threat, or she can play in-between those two positions and thrive. I could see Roeder being a piece for Norwalk this Winter. She really stands out as having an explosive dribble while attacking her defender and she has the ability to finish in a plethora of different ways once she gets closer to the hoop. She can also step out and hit a jumper from deep when she has the time and spacing on the outside. Not to mention, she is a good teammate, who brings the positive vibes. With the size that Hansen brings to the floor, she could be a killer this Winter at Colfax-Mingo High School. She has been someone today that everyone has to worry about near the hoop. If not, if she going to score and rebound the ball at a high rate because of her nature mixture of height and soft touch on the ball. Hansen is still extremely raw in this game but I'm sure that she will do damage this Winter at the Varsity level. She just needs to shake the rust off and to get into a little better shape then who knows how far she could really take things moving forward."</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
