Today, I attended the Expo up in Appleton, Wisconsin. I'll begin going through a handful of teams that I watched play today and highlighting the players I observed throughout the morning and early afternoon. I thought it was a productive day, seeing some players from around the state, and I found it to be my most enjoyable Expo since I first attended the event in 2021. Today, we'll look at Team One and discuss the players from that unit.

[player_tooltip player_id='1223835' first='Avalyn' last='Hendrickson']

Showcase settings don't always help post players show everything they can do, but Hendrickson is a player who caught my eye at the Freshman Showcase last season, and did again this past weekend. She is a physical presence around the rim who isn't afraid to step out and knock down shots. I think she could be a player who takes a significant step forward in Southwest Wisconsin at West Salem.

[player_tooltip player_id='751243' first='Ava' last='Vogler']

Vogler may have been the best natural scorer at the event in Appleton. She has the tools to score from anywhere on the floor at any time. The Sun Prairie's ability to operate off the dribble makes her a challenging cover for anyone, and when she can get to the rim and finish with either hand, she's hard to slow down. She is capable of scoring every time down the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='983582' first='Riley' last='Gizelar']

I liked what Gizelar brought to the floor all day in Appleton. She had an excellent day in the 3v3 and 5v5 portion, in my opinion. She has the length to make plays around the rim and showed some flashes all day. There is plenty of room for her to grow as a player, but she showed that there is something in her game that could help her become an intriguing prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='992498' first='Jordan' last='Maselter']

Maselter has improved since the first time I saw her this past April, down in the Chicago area. She plays hard on both ends of the floor and can make plays for herself and others. Her effort will help her team generate extra possessions and second-chance points on the offensive end. I also thought she did a solid job facilitating on the offensive end of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='874551' first='Emilie' last='Maser']

Maser was a player who showed solid instincts on both ends of the floor. I thought she did a solid job on the defensive end of the floor and made some plays when I watched her in the 5v5 portion of the event. I also liked how willing a passer she was and how well she helped orchestrate her team's offense.
