There were some awesome shooting at last month's Expo. In my final week of recaps, I want to highlight several outside shooters that stood out to me in part 2.

I came away impressed with Eva's all-around game as she made my list of "Top Players" at The Expo. Known for being a great ball handler you tend to forget how good of a three-point shooter that she is. Needing to respect her speed/quickness combo, she does an excellent job of getting the defense on their heels but lethal when given any space to shoot her smooth lefty jumper. She knocked down several threes, in each game I watched, and looks more than ready to make up for a lost freshman season!

Another lefty to make my list with the stereotypical "picture-perfect" shot release. One of the more complete players that I watched, Sydney was very consistent, from distance, knocking down multiple threes in each game. Neenah looks to, once again, be one of the FVA's top teams and Sydney will make them even more dangerous!

Kamryn, who also made my "Mid-Range Magicians" list, impressed me with her improved range knocking down several open 3's. Showing the ability to score consistently, at all three levels, she looks even better than last season when she averaged six a game against tough competition.

Zamara caught my eye as one of the top shooters that I watched at The Expo. Equally deadly off of catch-and-shoot as she was pulling off the dribble, it's easy to see why she had a spectacular freshman season where she averaged 20.9 ppg and shot 31.6% from 3!

As I was trying to watch multiple games, at once, it seemed like every time I looked over Gabriella was knocking down a three. Coming off of a freshman season where she averaged almost five attempts per game she looks to have worked hard, in the offseason, with improved touch and a more consistent release point.

Known as more of a post player, I came away impressed with Allison's outside shot. You can tell she has worked hard on it, this summer, showing an improved ability to stretch the floor. With the defense having to honor her range, it helped open up shot opportunities, for her teammates, by drawing her defender out of the paint Coming off a regional final trip, I look for Allison to be an X-Factor for Milton and have a huge junior season!

Avalyn was another "Stretch 4" that caught my eye with her outside shooting knocking down multiple 3-pointers in the game I was watching. With the height to shoot over defenders and the size to battle in the paint, I'm excited for what this season holds for her! Having shot 40% (in limited attempts) last season, I anticipate she will be in the 30%+ category with additional volume this season.
