On offense she has a nice jumper from about 15 feet that could be very effective at the high post against a zone. Where she will be valuable to the team is her ability to clean up on the offensive boards for putbacks. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On defense she will be asked to defend 1-5 but more likely will be defending the post inside. The forward showed great versatility with the outside shooting as well being a force on the boards.  Power forward that does have the speed to get up and down the court.  Forward that has the potential to grab 10 boards a night. I had the opportunity to watch Jaylee and her squad play in the Mustang Summer League. An impressive performance from Jaylee and her squad against the bigger schools.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">A savory scorer at all the 3 levels. Quick ball handling keeps the defense guessing opening driving lanes for easy scores. Outside shooting keeps the defense honest making her a double threat with the jumper and downhill game. Outstanding vision up the floor on breaks with the long passes on point. All out hustler that brings that grit factor to the floor. Aggressive on offense that has a tough mid-range game and even more physical when attacking the rim. Scraper on defense that will be a great fit for the Lady Bulldogs scheme of pressure defense. Paityn has made my notes in several events. The ability to score off the dribble stood out and the fact that she plays on a high-level circuit should provide the Lady Anthers with depth at the guard spot. Shooting mechanics are nice. Feet are ready for the catch and shoot with good form on the release. Showed good handles on the break changing direction several times getting the defender off balance.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Scrappy defender that has the long length to change a shot and at times coming away with a block.
