<p><strong>Carl Albert 4- 0 District 7-3 Overall </strong>The Lady Titans have been battled tested heading into the meat of district play. 2 of the 3 losses have come in tournament to teams that won the event. Carl Albert looks to defend their district title from last season. The schedule sets up at the end of the season where the last two games can decide the District Champions. Home game against El Reno and the last game of regular season at rival away game at Midwest <strong>Players to Watch: </strong><a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/18668759/Audrey-Plunkett" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">[player_tooltip player_id='578039' first='Audrey' last='Plunkett']</a> [player_tooltip player_id='578039' first='Audrey' last='Plunkett'] Washburn commit is coming off a 2nd team All-Tournament at TOC [player_tooltip player_id='574166' first='Jakary' last='Brown'] shooting guard that has season best performances at TOC earning All-Tournament honors. [player_tooltip player_id='1161380' first='Hadyn' last='Harrell'] is a quick point guard that brings lockdown defense. Meliah Hatchett started combo guard that returned from last year. [player_tooltip player_id='1247730' first='Zoie' last='Johnson'] freshman guard that brings scoring and defense has earned her way into starting lineup. Anabel and [player_tooltip player_id='1246936' first='Brynli' last='Crawford'] add size and depth to the roster. Both have seen valuable time early in the season.</p>

<p><strong>Midwest City 4-0 District 6-1 Overall</strong> <strong>Players to Watch: </strong>Lady Bombers picked up 2 key wins early in the season including a big road win at El Reno. Big game coming out of break against El Reno can separate the game between them and 3rd place. A win also keeps them in that first-place hunt with a home and home series towards the end of season to decide first place. <strong>Players to Watch:</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1222916' first='Brooklyn' last='Henderson'] freshman guard that can change a game with her play has had an immediate impact. [player_tooltip player_id='1263781' first='Promise' last='Wright'] transfer guard is a 3-point shooter that pressures up on defense. Ja'Liana Overbey freshman, contributed to defense as well as putting some points on the board. [player_tooltip player_id='1105104' first='De'Ayzha' last='Douglas'] is a good rebounder that can step out and knock down the 3. Aundrea Walker is a good outside shooter that turns tough defense into offense. Amare Walter played valuable minutes and provides depth for the Lady Bombers</p>

<p><strong>El Reno 4-1 District 5-3 Overall</strong> <strong>Players to Watch: </strong>El Reno seems to find their grove as they picked up 2 district wins heading into break. A big game coming out of break when they travel to Midwest City. A win on the road gets them back to even as they dropped a home game against the Lady Bombers. A win also keeps them in the hunt as they still have 2 games left with Carl Albert. <strong>Players to Watch:</strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1162091' first='Eryn' last='Roman Nose'] long small forward is having a solid senior season. Gives a shot blocker at the rim that can shoot the 3-pointer on offense. Freshman [player_tooltip player_id='1266517' first='Jaida' last='Richardson'] has been a spark on the offensive end with her shooting but has really excelled on the front of the zone defense. Senior [player_tooltip player_id='574243' first='Juliana' last='Thomas'] brings back possibly the most experience at guard. Versatile player that can play PG or SG. Tough defender. Another freshman Kassidy Ferguson makes things happen on defense with deflections and steals.</p>

<p><strong>Lawton 1-2 District 4-4 Overall</strong> <strong>Players to Watch: </strong>Lawton has 3 key games coming out of break that could decide where they land playoff seedings. They will need a win at home against Midwest City to stay in the running for that 3rd spot in district. A key win at El Reno would keep them in that hunt <strong>Players to Watch:</strong> Lilly Roth quick point guard that is tough in the front court press also good combo guard that can shoot the 3-pointer. [player_tooltip player_id='1228146' first='Raian' last='Ellzey'] is a tough defender that will scrap for loose ball on defense and hit the open jumper on offense. Kemya Davis good off the ball defender that jumps in the passing lanes creating turnovers for her team.</p>

<p><strong>Noble 1-3 District 4-4 Overall</strong> <strong>Players to Watch: </strong>Noble will look to regroup after some tough losses in early district play. They do have a stretch that could help their seedings come playoffs. Minus the games against Carl Albert on Jan 13th each win against rest of January schedule could have an impact on their district seedings <strong>Players to Watch:</strong> Callie Abernathy has emerged as the go to player with her 3-point shooting and ability to score. Addie Colwell at 5'3 give the Lady Bears a rim protector in the paint. Casyn Cottrel, Carly Wilson </p>

<p><strong>Guymon 1-3 District 3-4 Overall</strong> <strong>Players to Watch: </strong> Guymon has been tested in district play. 4 of their losses have been against the top 3 teams in district. A good run against the middle of the pack teams could help them move up in district standings. The schedule is tough in January as Guymon is home for only 2 games. <strong>Players to Watch:</strong> Adali Valdez has gotten off to a strong season with her 3-point shooting and hustle steals for layups. Brooklyn Tuttle at power forward gives Guymon a rim protector with her blocking skills. Viviana Costilla guard that reads the passing lanes for steals in the pressure defense. </p>

<p><strong>Guthrie 1-4 District 1-4 Overall</strong> <strong>Players to Watch: </strong>The first 4 district games coming after break is against the middle of the pack. Some wins in January could move the Lady Bluejays up a spot or two. <strong>Players to Watch:</strong> Lily Rechlin small forward that defends the post with blocks and deflections getting around the post. Addison Long sophomore that can shoot the outside shot and hustler on the defensive end. Teagan Duehning athletic combo guard that can knock down the outside shot. Solid job on defense covering the weakside skip passes in zone defense. </p>

<p><strong>Southeast 0-3 District 2-5 Overall</strong> <strong>Players to Watch: </strong>Southeast has some home games in January that are must win games if the Lady Spartans are to make any move in district standings. <strong>Players to Watch:</strong> Rebekah Cano a junior that does a great job around the rim with blocks and rebounds. Isela Sarabia senior guard that scraps on defense and can knock down the 3-pointer. Sadie Rivera nice freshman guard that has given good minutes. </p>
