Wapahani has been a sneaky little, small school in producing a really nice prospect or two each year for the last decade or so, and Nola is the next in line to step into the spotlight. She is a really nice, long, wiry athlete who does a lot of everything for the Lady Raiders to help them win. Scoring the ball, she is probably best getting downhill off the dribble or scoring it from the mid-post, but she can occasionally make a 3-pointer and keep the defense honest. Even more, she has playmaking ability and she's a willing passer. She is averaging 11.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 3.8 steals per game this season.

Addison is part of an extremely strong and deep class for the Huskies at Hamilton Heights. She has solid size & strength for her age, she's a really nice North/South athlete, and she plays with an outstanding motor and always seems to be enjoying her time on the court. She can battle inside the arc, and she's a highly effective shooter/driver from the mid-post. At the same time, she has worked on her handle, and she is a 37% 3-point shooter this season, so she poses a threat from just about anywhere. She's also a willing & capable defender.

Penn is another school who seems to be finding success with younger players, and Makenzie got the early call-up this season for the Kingsmen. The young forward has some strength for her age, a nice motor, and she figures out ways to be productive. She is most effective still in the mid-post, but I think over time she will transition to being more of a traditional wing around the perimeter. Thus far, she is averaging 6.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.8 steals per game for the Kingsmen, but she has scored in double figures twice in their last 5 games, including a season high of 13 against New Prairie on January 16th.

Sometimes you watch a prospect for the first time, and in warm-ups you can see how effortlessly they move or how natural they just look at the sport, and that's kind of what you see with Iyla. She is a fluidly athletic, long, skillful wing prospect who is still a couple of years away from reaching her full potential. Still, she is highly productive as a rookie for the Lady Patriots, averaging 10.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 2.1 steals per game. She can act as a point forward, initiate the offense, and create/facilitate. She's also good at using her length defensively to disrupt opponents and create steals/deflections. Look for her on the grassroots circuit early this Spring!

I don't know what to say about Kalia other than she is just a really solid forward for her age, and she does a little of everything well. She has solid size, some strength, a little length, and she's a good all-around athlete. She can handle it in transition, make shots at each level, plus she can post smaller defenders and score over them. As she continues to polish her perimeter skillset, she should become a more natural wing full-time in the near future. She has helped Richmond to 3 wins in their last 4 games, including an 18-point effort against Kokomo on January 23rd. She's averaging 8.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per game for the season.

Grayce is the daughter of former Indiana State star Matt Renn, so she has genetics on her side. She is extremely long, fluidly athletic, and potentially still might grow another inch or two. She is difficult to define by position, because she is extremely versatile and she has a variety of skill. Right now, she's probably most effective in the mid-post, but she can handle the ball in transition, initiate the offense like a point forward, and create opportunities for herself and teammates. She's also a developing perimeter shooter and a solid defender. She is averaging 12.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 2.2 steals per game for the Lady Patriots.

Tatum is another member of the talented 2029 class at Ben Davis, and she has performed the most consistently of that group. She is third on the team in scoring (7.3 ppg) and second in rebounding (4.2 rpg), plus she is shooting a respectable 32% from 3-point range. Those numbers should continue to improve throughout her career as she gains experience. She has nice length and is a solid all-around athlete, plus she can affect the game defensively by creating turnovers, rebounding, and giving good 'help'. Offensively, she is also a capable driver, and she's a willing passer who can find open teammates in positions to score.
