Kress is effective attacking off the dribble and plays with good pace in the half court. She has the ability to create scoring opportunities for herself while also making smart reads for teammates. Her feel for the game and decision-making continue to stand out at a young age.

Defensively, Kress competes hard and brings consistent energy. She pressures the basketball well and plays with toughness that coaches love from a guard. As she continues to add strength and develop offensively, she has the potential to become one of the more complete guards in Indiana’s 2029 class.

She is a fluidly athletic, long, skillful wing prospect who is still a couple of years away from reaching her full potential. Still, she is highly productive as a rookie for the Lady Patriots, averaging 10.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 2.1 steals per game. She can act as a point forward, initiate the offense, and create/facilitate. She’s also good at using her length defensively to disrupt opponents and create steals/deflections.
