Jefferson has been a pure bucket getter since her freshman year and fittingly went out with a team high 18 points. She got her buckets in all her traditional ways. Mainly pull up threes and slicing through the defense off the bounce. She also grabbed 7 rebounds. Picked up tournament MVP honors to cap off her great week. Now a two time State Champion. She's headed off to a college career of more buckets at Northern Colorado.

Constant, like PCN as a whole, was off her game in the first half. But she came out of the locker room on fire and left the game a champion (for the second time). She went for 16 points, with 15 of them coming after the break. Got it going with a couple triples, while also feasting in transition by scoring or setting up her teammates. UNLV is getting a guard with a great mix of smooth play and explosive quickness.

Holmes was unstoppable in the first half. All over the court on both ends. Had a couple impressive blocks while also scoring the rock efficiently and making it look easy against a top tier defense. With even more of the defensive focus on her in the second half, she was slowed down and only finished 12 points. But the dominating first half was an example of how she's a future Power 4 player. And her outstanding sophomore season is any indicator she should only continue to rise.

The last in person viewing of Brown came at the Mustang Holiday Classic, where she was not at her best. Since then she's been on a tear and helped spark the Roughers' run to the title game. In the title game, she led them in scoring and rebounds with a 18 point and 10 rebound double double. The athletic wing looked more decisive and controlled in her movements. Shooting it with more confidence from three and off one or two dribbles in the mid-range. Even in the loss, it was a strong showing and indicates Brown should be ready to take grassroots ball by storm.

The sophomore started the game strongly for Lincoln, with impressive takes to the rim. Stayed steady throughout and put the capper on the third quarter. She turned the opposing ball handler, then ripped her and scored the layup to give LCS the double digit lead going into the final frame. She would score a game high 15 points on only 8 shots.

Throughout the year when watching LCS, Woodruff was more noticeable doing the little things to make the Bulldogs tick. Tall and rangy on the defensive end, unselfish passer on drives. To close out her sophomore season she reminded everybody the type of high ceiling scorer she can be. Setting the stage for a potential huge final two years of her high school career.

With the way Leyva closed out her season season, it's feeling more and more like Wichita State got a steal. It was a full stat line performance in the title game with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Which is a good encapsulation of the complete game the guard brings. She creates opportunities for her teammates with heads up transition passing and is a handful to keep out of the paint on offense. Where she's a great decision maker. Add in steady three point shooting and there's a lot to like about her game. Leyva caps her high school career with back to back Gold Balls and this year was named State Tournament MVP.

The sophomore class in Oklahoma is special, and Woods might be the most special scorer of the bunch. Gave LCS fits in the first half with two of the nastiest pull up three pointers seen this year. Finished 25 points because she's not a shooter, she's a SHOT MAKER off the dribble. Woods made a leap as a complete scorer as a sophomore and it's exciting to see her game continue to evolve as one of Oklahoma's best players.
