The sophomore season for Oklahoma's Class of 2029 has yet to tip and there's already an excitement around the class. Big springs and summers saw the top players in the class continue to pull in offers. While more proved they are only scratching the surface of their bright potential.

Head of the Class

[player_tooltip player_id='1222916' first='Brooklyn' last='Henderson'], Midwest City

Henderson is in the conversation for best overall prospect in the state. She has the offer list and scoring moves to back up that claim. Plays with the ball on a string and with a scoring beyond her years. Complete with outstanding footwork and balance as a driver. As she adds consistency to her shooting and playmaking, expect her to continue to thrive. Has the "It" factor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1542324' first='Bentli' last='Brantley'], Washington

The lefty is developing quite the resume, with a 3A State Championship and coast to coast big time D1 offers. She's silky smooth with the ball in her hands and is starting to find the right balance between getting buckets and setting up teammates. She's another sophomore prospect who would be considered top 10 in Oklahoma regardless of class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1261056' first='Saniya' last='Douglas'], GRIND Prep

Douglas has been a national recruit since middle school, as she's played all over the country and against older competition with GRIND Prep. A dynamic, defensive minded wing, she has quite the offer list. Unfortunately a summer injury will lead to her missing her sophomore campaign. Here's to a speedy recovery.

A potential Game Altering post

[player_tooltip player_id='992473' first='Sionna' last='Williams'], Mustang

There's decent odds that this time next year, Williams will be holding offers similar to the Henderson, Brantley and Douglas. Her massive wingspan and timing establishes her a big time rebounder and rim protector. Giving her a great floor as a next level prospect. Her continual growth on the offensive end gives her a high ceiling.

GRIND's Grinders

There's two newcomers to GRIND Prep's stellar program and they're both outstanding, versatile, guard-wing prospects.

[player_tooltip player_id='792786' first='Kennedi' last='Toliver']

Toliver is a newcomer to Oklahoma after an outstanding freshman campaign in Colorado. And stellar, versatile production with LEGYNDS' 16U squad. She's heady player, who excels on both ends of the court. Makes the right passes, hits the glass, produces stocks. Tracking her offensive development will be important this winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1234692' first='Peyton' last='Braggs']

One of the biggest risers since this time last year. Braggs is knocking on the door on being one of the top scorers in Oklahoma. Has put in the work to become a tough shot maker off the dribble, at all levels of the court. Complete with next level measurables on the defensive end.

The New Wildcard

[player_tooltip player_id='1313731' first='Londyn' last='Lane'], Putnam City North

Based on raw potential, Lane could soon be right next to Williams. As she's a naturally gifted forward prospect with legit height. Circle the calendar for a January 8th match up against Mustang, where two of the premier Oklahoma post prospects are expected to square off.

Bet on these Guards

The depth of the Class of 2029 is already evident in this next wave of outstanding guards who all have D1 upside.

[player_tooltip player_id='1247730' first='Zoie' last='Johnson'], Carl Albert

Defensive minded floor general, who is lightning quick off the bounce. Has a pass first mindset which make her teammates better, but don't sleep on her scoring with an improving jumper. Was a freshman starter on Carl Albert's 5A State Title team and now will help lead the title defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1240770' first='Laine' last='Dooley'], Pawhuska

Do it all guard, with one of the best motors in the state. Plays tenacious defense to create transition points, while also equally looking to score herself or make the right pass. Won state as a key energetic bench piece at Lincoln Christian, now looking to help elevate Pawhuska into 2A contender status.

[player_tooltip player_id='1180428' first='Paityn' last='Jones'], Moore

A newcomer to Moore after a productive freshman campaign at Deer Creek. She has the opportunity to be one of the best scorers in the metro and eventually statewide. True potential to be a problem at all three levels on offense.
