Erin was electric to watch. She plays with high energy every possession. Moves quickly and with purpose. An incredible defender who will aggravate her opponent the length of the court. Makes high level reads and quick adjustments. Very active on the glass. Impacts the game on both ends. One of the more impressive players I’ve seen this summer. She will be a crucial player on a talented Lancer roster.

Even is impressive and zero doubt will be a highly sought after prospect in her class. She plays with great energy and is a tremendous defender with good speed. Hustles for everything. Strong on ball defender. Made it almost impossible for opposing guards to advance. Moves laterally quickly cutting off any drive attempt. Rebounded the ball very well. Stepped in and had some big blocks in the paint. Can shoot the three ball and score effectively.

Even is a very confident and effective player. She had a strong season for the Lancers and when they needed her to step up due to injuries she did just that. In the Lancers three 4A playoff games Even averaged 11 points per game almost doubling her season average. In her freshman season she put up 6.2 points, 1.8 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 2.7 steals. A very tough defender who makes high level reads and applies great ball pressure. Has a very quick release on her shot and scores well off the catch. She showed she can impact the game at a high level and will only get better from here.

Erin has grown up fast this season. The freshman shooting guard has progressed steadily, and you can see the confidence building. Her shot prep is quicker. Her reads are sharper. If the Lancers are short-handed or down a starter, Even becomes even more important. She’s not just a spot-up shooter — she understands spacing and moves well without the ball.
