Carlile was everything you wanted out of a point guard and more this weekend. A player who only recorded 1 turnover throughout 4 games, while simultaneously creating for her teammates and scoring the ball almost every time she let it fly. Carlile isn't the most flashy player on the court but man is she good. Her efficient and consist play stood out this weekend and is a big reason the Jam Fam had the success they did at the Legacy Classic. Moving forward I'll be keeping a close eye on Carlile, she maybe the state of Iowa's best kept secret as a high-level player. Guzman has size, speed, and skill at the point guard position. She works hard on both ends of the floor while consistently moving, wether it be on offense or defense. When I watched her this weekend it was obvious almost immediately that she was a hooper who could really impact the outcome of a game. With her size it was shocking to me that she was bringing the ball up the court for her team but after watching I can confidently say, she is one hell of a point guard. Her size gives her a distinct advantage against other smaller guards and she knows that, using it whenever she can. Being only a 2026, she has a lot of promise and a high ceiling. Any colleges out there looking for a lengthy guard who knows what she is doing, works hard, and will listen to what is asked of her, Guzman could be your player. Nichols plays a mix between the point guard and shooting guard position. Currently on her Northwest Elite Hoops 2025 Team there is an alike shooting guard in size to her, so they switch between spots, but in reality I would say that Nicholas is a point guard who can really shoot the rock. Her form is balanced and uniform every time she catches accompanied with excellent footwork. Whenever the ball is in her hands, her defender needs to make sure she puts it on the ground to drive because if not, it could get really bad in a hurry. In the contests that I watched, Nichols lead her squad to some victories as her teams first option. She was hands down was one of the best shooters I saw all weekend, no matter the grade level. She is first team because of her willingness to accept the job given to her by her coaches, creating a lot of successful for herself and the teammates around her. This weekend the Waukee Jam 2025 were down their two post players, because of this Szalo was asked to play a combo forward/center role all weekend and frankly, she excelled while doing it. In more then one contest she recorded a double-double and was a huge part in everything her team did. In my opinion this whole team is underrated but if they keep putting together tournaments like this, their entire roster is going to be selected at some point for an All-tournament team selection this spring/fall.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["453728"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='453728' first='Ajiem' last='Agwa'] is a pivotal playmaker for her Air Minnesota 2025 team when she has the ball in her hands. She is a crafty guard who plays with aggression and determination while attacking the basket. All weekend long she displayed that she can easily blow by her defenders while finishing at the rim, through contact, in a multitude of ways. In these situations when the secondary help defender would step up, she would give a nice pass to an open teammate for a bucket. Agwa has a game that just oozes confidence. It's simple to watch her play and know that she wants the ball in her hands with the game on the line. If she can string together some more weekends like this one throughout this spring, her phone is going to be buzzing with potential recruiters trying to get ahold of her.
