Byars is the winningest player on this list and is headed to the biggest college as she will play in the Big 12 next season. Brianna is capable of a double-double every game.

She is headed to play her college ball at the University of Cincinnati, and she is a player who can use her size to benefit those around her. She is a strong and fast player with good moves around the basket. I would say she should do well at the next level, and she seems ready to make the next step.

Older sister, Brianna, was only slightly behind Ciara after averaging 15.1 ppg and 5.1 rpg. She’s committed to play at the University of Cincinnati next year, but she’s got a few more things she’s going to be looking to accomplish before that time. Like her younger sister, while Brianna has the length and athleticism to play down low, she does a great job on the wing and can truly impact the game at all 3 levels.

Byars is actually more of a guard than a forward, but regardless, she’s one of the top players in the class and would find herself at the top of the list for any position. What she brings to the floor is invaluable. She literally contributes in every way you could want from a player. Byars is an excellent defender. She stays in front and is a phenomenal shot blocker. She also gets out into the passing lanes and uses her length to get steals. Byars averaged 15.1 ppg last season, but that number is deceiving because she’d easily average 20+ if she wasn’t such an unselfish player or if she didn’t have so much talent around her. However, GRC is loaded with talent and she creates for her teammates really well. Byars will definitely have an argument for Miss Kentucky Basketball at the end of this season.

Brianna is part of a loaded GRC roster and as a result, she doesn’t put up the monster numbers that others in the class do but she has had a sensational career full of lots of wins and cutting down several sets of nets as district and regional champions. Byars is committed to Cincinnati and will be hard to keep off the court thanks to her size and skill set along with an elite motor.

Byars is a double double machine and one of the best talents in the Senior class. But also, GRC is loaded so her individual stats (especially scoring) are likely to suffer even though her team will win a ton of games.
