Jaida is an under-the-radar prospect who quietly contributes mightily to Belleville’s success by making all the right plays. She made a great impression at the LBI Mitten Opening and will be an important contributor this season. Jaida has good instincts on the defensive end. She jumped a pass for the steal and took it quickly the other way for a fast break finish off two feet. Jaida finished layups efficiently, going full speed to the rim. She pushed the ball with pace in transition using both hands, changed directions with a crossover, then stretched around a defender with her left hand to convert the tough layup. Jaida’s a two-way player with versatility and athleticism that stand out on the court.
