Seniors are the difference makers come playoff time and Diaz brought it in the paint. Recorded at least three emphatic, tone setting blocks around the rim. Including one time where she hustled back in transition to get a piece of a shot. Also asserted her will around the rim on offense. Established deep positon, to get high percentage looks on post ups. Or clean up misses with putbacks. When Diaz is locked in like Thursday night, she’s a game changer inside the paint.

Diaz is the defensive anchor for a younger Lady Timberwolves team. Made her impact felt the most in an overtime win last Sunday. Blocked or altered shots first to help force overtime, then getting stops in the extra time. Along with the good rim protection principles, display similar fundamentals around the rim on offense. Catches the ball high, the finishes strongly but with soft touch. Her experience and ability to change games around the rim will be vital for Norman North this winter.

A strong post player that has a soft touch around the basket. What makes her difficult to defend is when she has her back to basket depending on which was the defense is playing, she can turn over either shoulder. Impressive is how many times she gets her hand on the rebound. Definitely a player that could average 10 or more boards a game. Five of those being offensive putbacks. Good passer out of the high post as well.
On defense she does a great job of putting hands up and not committing a foul on the shooter. Also showed some help coming up the lane to block a shot. 2026 that is beginning to pick up some offers and interest.

Choctaw rarely had an answer for her down low. Once she gets position, she has soft hands to catch the ball and equally soft touch to finish effiecently. Often blocked shots on the defensive end as well. Great change of pace post prospect, who can punish guard heavy teams.

Traditional center prospect, with long arms and good timing to contest and block shots. Knows role and embraces enforcer aspects of the game by grabbing rebounds and battling down low. Soft touch on post up scores. Does a good job sealing and quickly scoring by keeping the ball high.
