Natalie is a very good player and has a chance to be an All-District selection this season. She does a lot of little things well for her squad. She is a great defender and keeps opposing players in front in the half-court. Her long arms are disruptive and lead to deflections and steals. She defends without fouling and can alter and block shots at the rim. Natalie is a good shooter and can keep spacing on offense with her three-point shooting. She averaged about one three-point make per game last season and I think she will be even better this season. The Thunder have high expectations for post-season play. The regional and state tournament are in play with players like Natalie on the team.

Naastad is a quality guard for Hatton-Northwood and a critical returning player going into next season. The Thunder maintain high expectations for 2026-2027, and Natalie is up for the challenge. She is an excellent defender and lengthy guard who makes things difficult for opponents. I appreciate the effort and enthusiasm she plays with. She pursues rebounds and isn’t afraid to handle the ball if needed. Natalie is a good outside shooter and has nice rotation on her shot. I think her squad gets over the hump next season and gets to the state tournament.
