Tiffany Hooker | 5’4 G | Reservoir 2020
Tiffany Hooker is a dominate shooter for the Reservoir Gators. If she isn’t cashing three pointers of her own, she’s hitting the outlet pass or getting another teammate open to hit the shot. Tiffany is a tough defensive matchup because during a game, you might see her lean on her shot first. But once she has to facilitate or even take you out one on one, you literally don’t see it coming and probably haven’t properly game planned for it. She is a lot quicker than what she gives off and her handles are elite if you get in the way. This is one player in the 3A division I am eager to see during her senior season and I do believe many collegiate offers are coming her way if they haven’t already. Tiffany always looks like the best player on the court both offensively and defensively.
Kalani Corkeron | 5’9 W | Wilde Lake 2020
Coming into her senior year, Kalani Corkeron is one of the leaders of this Wilde Lake basketball team. At 5’9, she plays the wing which creates a matchup problem for other teams. Kalani will simply shoot over you and drill it every time. Once the ball is in Kalani hands, the odds of her scoring are fairly high. She can score inside like a 5’9 forward would while also pick and rolling and positioning herself on the outside. Look for Wilde Lake to lean on Kalani Corkeron to help them compete in a tough Howard County region.
Lillian Harris | 5’11 F | Westminster 2020
Currently ranked at #62 on Prep Girls Hoops 2020 Rankings, Lillian Harris comes in right around 6’0 tall and she takes advantage of every bit of it. Body control is the best part of Lillian’s skillset as she has the ability to dominate in the paint without disrupting any parts of her game. She is a well balanced but aggressive player capable of sending any shot into the bleachers. Westminster is looking for Lillian’s great defensive skills to once again propel them deep into the playoffs as the team was knocked off by defending champs Frederick last year.
