Olivia has a quick release and is accurate with her catch and shoot. She moves well to find open areas on the floor and can usually get her shot off before the defender can close out. She’s a top 50 player landing at #38 for now.

Brooklyn has great on ball defense and plays with a lot of intensity. She can make shots from all levels and has really good speed. She is good in transition making good decisions in the open floor. It took us a while to locate her as she was on our watchlist from middle school. She enters the rankings in the top 10.

Jaelyn rebounds at a high rate which makes her a valuable player for any team. She can make baskets around the rim and we should see her get more opportunities to do so over the summer. Rebounding is a matter of effort and Jaelyn puts in the effort on the boards.

Geornae enters the rankings in the top 20. We seen her in middle school playing up a grade and doing well there. Word is she has been holding the inside down on the high school level. She is strong and physical and rebounds well. She gets to the line at a high rate and has a soft touch which will be useful as she begins to stretch the floor.

Diyyah was a big contributor in the WCAC success of Archbishop Carroll. She is athletic and while we got to see a lot more in the high school season than in the spring so far, I’m sure it will all come together during Cinco De Mayo.

Maya was a key contributor for Pikesville this season in their state championship run. She averaged close to 7 points and 4 rebounds which is a solid freshman season. She will be looked to for more next season if the Panthers are to make another run.
