Jeanene Collazo | 6’0 F | Rosedale Baptist 2021
Ranked #67 on Prep Girls Hoops 2021 rankings, Jeanene Collazo has a chance to shine this year with the Panthers. The Institute of Notre Dame transfer already has a couple big games under her belt as Rosedale has gotten off to a .500 start this season. Rosedale Baptists just had their 4 game win streak snapped after a loss to Mount Airy Christian Academy yesterday. Rosedale looks to bounce back in tomorrows rivalry game verse Carrol Christian. I expect Jeanene’s rebound game to climb as the season goes on.
Sophia Diehl | 6’0 W | Roland Park 2021
Sophia Diehl will continue her career at Roland Park after spending the last two years at Westminster. She joins another elite squad, this time with one of the best players in the state, Mir McLean. Sophia attacks the basket with finesse and I wouldn’t be surprised if she runs the point in key matchups this season. Sophia will certainly be a rebounding machine for Roland Park this year.
Anha Thomas | 5’9 G | Bowie 2021
Anha Thomas is a great basketball player and her room to grow is tremendous. She possess all the intangibles, hop-steps when driving, has a fabulous form and plays excellent defense. Anha played for Bowie her freshman year before transferring to New Hope Academy. With the lost of Jenesis Massenburg to Capital Christian Academy, Anha rejoins Bowie at the perfect time.
