Staci Williams Staci Williams 5'7" | PG Holly Springs | 2023 State NC – Guard
Williams did damage on the high school scene with Holly Springs High School and was set to do more damage with the ABC Lightning on the grassroots stage. She can shoot the ball from the perimeter at a high level and make plays for others at a very high level. With the shutdown now, coaches will have to wait a bit longer to see what she can do on the floor.
Jakieya Thompson – Guard
Thompson is a high energy guard that sets the tone on both ends with her play. She’s a pass-first guard that looks to control the tempo to keep things going in the right direction. She was set to make a name for herself this spring with the Carolina Flames and has heard from a few mid-major programs already as her career is just getting started.
Samyha Suffren Samyha Suffren 5'8" | PG Cannon | 2023 State NC – Guard
Suffren was set to make an appearance with Team Curry on the Under Armour Circuit this spring before things shut down. She put up 13.5 ppg, 2.0 apg and 1.8 spg during her freshman year at Mallard Creek as they went 27-3 in her first varsity season. She’s one to track early in the 2023 class.
Reychel Douglas Reychel Douglas 6'0" | SG Millbrook | 2023 State #41 Nation NC – Wing/Guard
Douglas had a productive season in Millbrook’s rotation in 2019-20 as they went 24-7 on the year. She was set to star for the Carolina Flames on the wing, showing off her ability to knock it down from deep and create off the dribble. She’s an active defender as well that blocks shots and rebounds.
Madisyn Jordan – Guard
Jordan had quite the freshman season for Panther Creek in 2019-20, putting up 18.0 ppg, 8.6 rpg, 1.2 spg and 1.1 bpg on the season for the Lady Catamounts. She was due to carry that over to the spring season with the Carolina Flames on the EYBL circuit. She’s a big guard with offers already from UNC-Wilmington and Appalachian State.
Kylie Chavis – Guard/Wing
Chavis is a big guard that can fill up the stat sheet at Purnell Swett and was set to make waves with the NC Thunder this grassroots seasons. She’s a big and strong guard that does well to make things happen when the ball touches her hands. She won Conference Player of the Year as a freshman.
