Samone Andrews Samone Andrews 5'8" | PG Macomb Dakota | 2024 State MI (PG, Macomb Dakota)
Andrews is a talented young point guard that coaches will want to see at the Top 250. She’s a quick guard that can put the ball on the floor and beat the defense to a spot. She’s a solid passer that sees the floor well.
Karsen Balmer Karsen Balmer 5'11" | PF Grandville Calvin Christian | 2024 State MI (SF, Grandville)
There is a lot to like about Balmer’s game. First of all, she can play either forward spot, but I see her translating at as a wing the next level. She’s a terrific shooter off the catch and shoot. Balmer moves well without the ball, helping her get passes in shooting position. She doesn’t need much space to be able to fire the ball off cleanly from deep.
Anaya Billups Anaya Billups 6'0" | PF North Farmington | 2024 State MI (F, Detroit Edison)
Coaches love versatility, and Billups can provide that in high school and at the next level. She’s comfortable playing at different spots all over the floor and can guard multiple positions. Billups can be a real matchup nightmare at any level. She will draw a lot of eyes to her game at the Top 250.
Madelyn Geers Madelyn Geers 5'9" | SG Kent City | 2024 State MI (SG, Kent City)
Geers deserves to have her name mentioned with some of the most talented in the class. She’s a solid shooter, but also a 2 way player that’s tough to take off the floor. Geers is a team first type player that is a huge plus factor in the locker room. I guarantee that Geers drives home from Grand Rapids with interest from multiple coaches.
Annaka Neetz Annaka Neetz 5'9" | PF Bay City All Saints | 2024 State MI (PF, Bay City All Saints)
Neetz is an intriguing young prospect. She has a smart and mature game well beyond her years. Neetz is a constant threat for a double-double and I wouldn’t be surprised of she averaged one this coming high school season. College coaches will want a glimpse of her at the event.
Leila Wells Leila Wells 5'9" | SG Chelsea | 2024 State MI (SG, Chelsea)
Wells has the look and feel of a superstar. She is at or near the top in one of the most talented and deepest classes that the state of Michigan has ever seen. It seems like the game goes slower for Wells as she let’s the game come to her. She’s the type of player that hits basically every statistical category in every game. Where talent goes, coaches will follow, and having Wells at the Top 250 would garner a lot of attention.
