Maya Anderson Maya Anderson 5'9" | PG Detroit Cass Tech | 2024 State MI (CG, Detroit Cass Tech)
Anderson came into high school as a fearless baller and has continued to be such. This trait has helped her earn offers from the likes of Ferris State and Eastern Michigan. More are sure to follow. D1 coaches will want to see her in Grand Rapids.
Braxcynn Baker Braxcynn Baker 5'11" | CG Lowell | 2024 State MI (CG, Lowell)
Baker is the definition of an all around talent. I don’t think there’s a statistical category that she doesn’t contribute in. Baker has earned her share of D1 offers and there should be more to come. She shined at the Top 250 last year and could do so again this October.
Grace Ann Gilbert Grace Ann Gilbert 5'7" | CG Swan Valley | 2024 State MI (CG, Swan Valley)
Gilbert is a really solid all around athlete. She seems like the kind of athlete that’s just good at whatever sport she picks up. With Gilbert, there’s a lot to like about her long term potential. College coaches will want to get an eye on her at the Top 250.
Devin Hagemann Devin Hagemann 5'6" | PG Detroit Edison | 2024 State MI (PG, Detroit Edison)
Hagemann is a floor general through and through. It’s like she was born with the ability to set up and run an offense. Hagemann was really good in the month of July and coaches and scouts want the opportunity to see that continue at the showcase.
Layla Marshall Layla Marshall 5'8" | SG Westfield Prep | 2024 State MI (SG, Westfield Prep)
Marshall is prototypical of her grassroots program, Hype Athletics. She can play at a very fast pace and defense is emphasized. Next level coaches will love the way she guards the entire length of the floor as well as her jumper with 3 point range.
Mia McLaughlin Mia McLaughlin 5'9" | SG Frankenmuth | 2024 State MI (SG, Frankenmuth)
McLaughlin just received an offer from Davenport University, and it’s easy to see why. She’s a shooter at heart and has developed a reputation for devoting an insane aount of gym time perfecting her craft. The Top 250 would be a great place to add to that offer sheet.
Gracie Shahu Gracie Shahu 5'11" | PF Livonia Stevenson | 2024 State MI (PF, Livonia Stevenson)
Shahu stepped into high school ready to contribute at the varsity level. She’s a natural leader that, even as an underclassmen, earns the respect of her teammates. Shahu handles the ball well for a 4 and blocks a lot of shots on the defensive end.
