Prep Girls Hoops took in the action yesterday at the Francis Marion University Team Camp in Florence. Prep Girls Hoops was able to see roughly 16 teams play today while at the camp. Let’s take an early look at some young ladies from the 2026-2027 classes right here in this article.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="350281" first="Celena" last="Grant"] (2026) - North Augusta HS (pictured on front)</strong>
Grant really came to play today for the Lady Yellow Jackets. Celena is extremely VOCAL on the floor barking out orders to her teammates - great communicator. She really has a good understanding of the game and just delivers results. Grant has a solid skill set to handle the rock, shoot the ball, rebound on both ends and defend bigger players down in the post. Celena likes to play the game with some physicality and doesn’t shy away from anyone. She has plenty of tools in her toolbox to create problems for opponents.

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="254257" first="Zion" last="Prioleau"] (2026) - Timberland HS (St Stephen) </strong>
Zion is a nice compliment to [player_tooltip player_id="158943" first="<strong>Amiyah" last="Ferguson</strong>"] on this Lady Wolves roster. Zion is best suited out on the perimeter, and she really tends to have good shot selection. Zion averaged 8.5 ppg this past season for the Lady Wolves as an 8th grader.

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="381807" first="Jada" last="Porter"] (2026) - Florence Christian </strong>
Porter is the daughter of Francis Marion University Head Coach Jeri Porter. Jada is still a RAW talent on the hardwood. She excels on the volleyball court for the Lady Eagles. Jada does a good job of running the floor and shows to have good length. Prep Girls Hoops will for sure follow her progress down the road for the Lady Eagles and Head Coach Neil Minton.

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="444370" first="Logan" last="Murray"] - Williams M.S. (Florence) / Wilson HS </strong>
Murray was exceptional in the action we watched her play in. Logan is extremely skilled for her age already and just plays the game with a bit of mean streak - swagger. She really does a great job handling the rock up the floor and getting to the cup. Murray a left-handed forward plays the game in attack mode. Logan for sure will see some minutes at the varsity level this season for the Lady Tigers.

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="444371" first="Ashley" last="Walker"] - Paul Knox M.S. (North Augusta) / North Augusta HS </strong>
Walker sure doesn’t lack any confidence at all for her age. Ashley was a force down low playing around the basket with her constant nose for the ball. Walker rebounded everything that came her way today and in return even brought the ball up the court at times in transition. Ashley just an 8th grader will really look to be a solid piece to the puzzle this season for Head Coach Al Young.

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="324555" first="Braylin" last="Mungo"] - Camden M.S. / Camden HS </strong>
Mungo a left-handed guard saw plenty of minutes last season for the Lady Bulldogs. Braylin can score the ball from all 3 levels on the floor and sure doesn’t backdown from anyone. Braylin got by defenders with the ball in her hands and created for her teammates at times. She has the ability to set the table or knockdown the open jumper whatever comes first.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="365237" first="Amani" last="McCray"] - Berkeley HS (Moncks Corner) </strong>
McCray brings good versatility to the floor for the Lady Stags. Amani handles the rock in transition and shows to be active in the passing lanes. She came up and saw good minutes last season for the Lady Stags as a 7th grader in the Class 5A ranks. Expect plenty more out of her in the years to follow.
