In honor of all of you reading my work through a thousand articles, I’m going to give you 10 ‘can’t miss’ juniors. By ‘can’t miss’, I mean that in my opinion these players are as close to locks as possible to be productive players in high school this coming season and at the next level.
I’ve seen her development from before her freshman season till now, and it’s been miraculous. Simpson has worked and been dedicated, all to become the best player that she can possibly be. That work ethic will take her far in itself. Simpson is an athletic playmaking guard that can score from all 3 levels.

Wells has as much upside as any player in the class of 2024. She’s a silky smooth guard that makes the impossible look easy. Wells can manipulate her defender with her footwork and ball handling abilities. Her game screams nothing but success.
I’ve been a huge fan of Anderson’s game for a while now. Her combination of strength and athleticism allows her to be successful in multiple styles of play. Anderson can create her own looks at the rim and could have one of the best mid range games in her class.
Thomas is way too underrated by most. She has the length to engulf her opponent when on defense. It also allows her to shoot over top of a lot of defenders. Thomas is a plus in the locker room as well. She keeps her teammates loose, but focused, and has a knack for bringing her team together.
I’ve written about Freshcorn time and time again. She was one of the top performers on the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit last spring. She plays a smart game, making high percentage decisions at key moments. Freshcorn can score and distribute and seems to know which her team needs and when.

Morson was one of the highest and quickest rising prospects in the state over the spring and summer. She was flat out terrific on the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit. Morson had the ability to create space, especially in the open floor. Her pull up jumper was a game changer over the summer.
LaPrairie convinced me of her game in both the spring and the early fall. First of all, she was a 2 way player that made it tough for coaches to take her off the floor. LaPrairie showed that she could be a shot maker and put up points for her team. With her improvement, skills, and belief in herself, I can’t imagine her seeing anything but success.
This name is fresh to me as I saw her stellar play at the PGH Michigan Top 250. I’ll tell you what, if she plays anything like she did in Grand Rapids, some coach is getting a steal. She break down defenders, find open teammates, and handle the load as a primary scorer.
Defense travels ,ay be just a phrase, but I personally believe it to be 100% true. Roe is one of the best perimeter defenders in her class and there aren’t many that can get steals or create turnovers the way she can. Roe can guard top notch talent, and in my opinion, will continue to see the court at the next level for that reason alone.

Dozier carries herself like a winner and a champion. Sometimes that’s half the battle. She believes that she can put the ball in the basket at any time. Dozier is a plus athlete with an attacking nature on the basketball court. These are all traits that seem to bring on court success.
