There was a ton of talent in the gym and the event was organized in a way that I got to see almost every prospect. Here are some of my favorite players from the day.
Mari Lee, 2024, Miss Porter’s High School, 5’7″, PG
One of my favorite guards from the event. She is a pure point guard from the Farmington, Connecticut area. She is an exceptional athlete with a serious first step and excellent passing ability. She is an excellent finisher and a good shooter from all over the court. Her AAU team is Idream. Very fun player to watch as she takes no plays off.
Savannah Whitley Savannah Whitley 6'0" | C St. Vincent Pallotti | 2026 State MD , 2026, Pallotti, Boo Williams, 6’0, PF
Savannah has taken a big jump this summer. She is playing with tremendous confidence and really brought the heat to the camp. She cleaned the glass on both ends, and shot very efficiently around the basket. She looked comfortable stepping out for mid-range shots and her motor was in high gear. She looks like she is in tremendous shape and competed at high level.
Tristan Rickenbacker, 2026, Indian River, Lady Push, 5’11”, Wing
Strong day for Tristan as she showed why she is a match-up problem for most players. She is gifted with elite physical tools, speed, power and explosiveness and can attack in multiple ways. She did most of damage in the paint, using her footwork and strength to get good looks at the basket. She could turn out to be a lock down defender as she has everything necessary to excel on that side of the court. She has a strong motor and plays fearlessly.
Chasity Wilson, 2025, Caravel Academy, Lady Sharks WeR1, PG
I liked Chasity’s game last year at this camp and this year I loved it. She was one of the best ball handlers in the gym and probably the fastest player with the ball. She got around anyone who was checking her all day and showed off some nice shot making ability. She has a nice touch on her passes and knows how to make an accurate post entry pass which is almost a lost art.
Daniella Matus, 2025, Morris Catholic, Team Sharp, Combo Guard
Daniella cooked everything in front of her all day. She was easily the best offensive player in the gym and her defense was damn good as well. She is dangerous from all over the court and left defenders frustrated all day. All she needs is a small opening and she can get shots off. Her first step is lethal and she finishes everything at the rim, using her body to shield bigger defenders and just shooting over smaller ones. She is racking up D1 offers.
